The property was wonderful very spacious clean. I love the pool area and the balcony overlooking the pool.

It was just a stop over on our way home to Albuquerque from San Diego. And so it met the purpose. And I realized it was off-season and they can’t control the weather or the technology, which was down when we arrived. Plus, we’re doing a major remodel it’s been a long trek from the lobby to our room even longer in the 110. Degree heat. The pool was not refreshing, but what can you do. But there was a blood stain on the comforter that I was able to successfully hide from my husband who would’ve freaked out. But the price and location were right. Our marriage would never survive this heat.

Construction going on all over the property and next door. Started way too early in the morning. Grout in the shower needed cleaning. Charged 15 per day for me to park my own car.

One of our favorite properties in Scottsdale. Usually no issues but this visit there some water heater issues. Location and property/pool quality are the best value in the area.

Sick spot... Sick meaning good... :)

Not our first time staying here, nice as before. Can’t wait to come back after renovations are done, but we had already paid for our stay ahead of time and was only suppose to pay 90$ upon arrival. Once we got there we was told we had to pay $150 for deposit and the parking would be deducted from that… okay fine. They also mentioned we would have a $50 credit per day that could go on anything food drinks etc. we used it for food, but once we got ready to check out we still ended up having to pay 42$ more. I was so confused cause it wasn’t adding up. Definitely Needs better clearing on what the deposit is for instead of dressing up a $50 credit per day to make it sound good!!

Had issues with the construction that was going on and was very loud and I would not have booked this hotel if I was informed prior to booking that they are doing major renovations on the property

It was great for me for my ocassoon.

The room was a little out dated but it was clean. The ice machines in 2 buildings weren’t working but the clerk at the front desk was able to provide ice for us. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay and they were the excellent host to our country swing dance event

The pool bartender was one of the friendliest guys we talked to the whole vacation. He gets a 5 star rating!

* The staff is absolutely wonderful. Helpful and kind. I hope management appreciates the them because they are holding everything together for the guests enjoyment during all the construction. * Location was perfect to Old Town Scottsdale for dining, shopping, art galleries. * The hotel offers a free shuttle within a two or three mile radius. Not Too Good: * The hotel is under construction, which we didn’t know, and it impacted every aspect of our stay in a negative manner. Truthfully, I wanted to leave after the first day but we paid in advance. Reimbursement would have been a nightmare. * The rooms are old and tired. Furniture falling apart, bathroom fixtures are old and rusty.

Had the hardest time checking in while using Expedia as a third party, staff was not very friendly, dinner took 2.5 hours to get and was brought out at different times
