Facilities are dated and look nothing the photos. Our room had a mildew/mold stench. The conditioner in the shower was empty. The couch cushions in the room were clearly dirty in desperate need of washing. The pools were great to help cool off. Also this hotel robs you. They place a “resort fee” of $28/night. They claim to offer free. Breakfast but I didn’t take advantage of that: This hotel is far from a resort.

Location was great. Pool, breakfast, evening reception were wonderful. Very Nice front desk staff. Texted me to ask how it’s going They only gave us 3 fresh towels at a time but we had 4 people in the room. Had to ask for more

Very clean. Daily wiping down fingerprints , straightening pool area blowing gardening etc. Well maintained. Rooms cleaned daily! Food amazing!

The 24 hour pool and the breakfast Air conditioning was outdated and didn’t work very well.

Our assessment was that this hotel must be poorly managed because the staff seemed miserable and so unhappy. I felt like I was imposing for just showing up. Such inhospitable kitchen staff. No smiles at either evening reception or breakfast. It must be a terrible work environment for all of them. It is sad when the most outstanding part of this hotel is the provided pool toys. We have had incredible experiences at Embassy’s before with outdated facilities but stellar staff, this was not one of them. A friendly hello, a smile would have gone a long way to get repeat customers. We have no plans to return.

This. Stay couldn’t of been better!

The bacon was better than most hotels. The coffee was good. Juice choices, and toaster was broken and they closed a couple minutes early so when I went back down ro grab my oatmeal they had locked me out.

Room was clean and breakfast was also great.

Nice place to chill

We had 4/5 cockroaches in our first room. Called the front desk and they offered to spray, absolutely not we have a toddler and need to move rooms. Moved us across the hotel on the 2nd floor. Room was great no issues. Went to the pool the following night and hotel staff managed to put another family in the same room we had moved out of. Needless to say, we won’t be staying again.

I hate that I even need to give them a single star to write this review!! The guy at the front checked me in as a NEW reservation instead of using my hotels.com one! I didn't find this out until after I left! The room was uninhabitable due to a loud squealing whistle that was piercing my eardrums and driving me nuts! I only lasted 10 minutes before calling and the maintenance guy said that it was just how the A/C is. Not something that they could fix. They didn't have any other rooms available so I had to leave and honestly I'm so grateful for that! Every single person that I've talked to about getting my money back from the hotel and from hotels.com have been a nightmare to deal with! The woman that I talked to from the hotel was so unkind and I believe that she is the manager! I'm incredibly angry about everything and I'm out almost $1k wrapped up in the charges and having to get a new room! Shame on them!
