Perfect location for a mini vacation, with all the amenities and then some!

The staff was great

Mach at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. His positivity made our stay even that much more enjoyable. He made his joy and presence known from the moment we walked in to check-in until we checked out, and even seeing him in passing within our stay. On top of the excellent service from the employees, the room was clean and spotless. The amenities were great. The closing lady who runs the bar was extremely helpful and kind. We would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay!

Greeted upon arrival and the check in process was quick.
-
We were only there for 1 night. Be prepared to pay for parking.

I liked the pool and its hours, and I liked the helpfulness of the staff, especially Mach. The breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced for me at 24 dollars per person but I'm sure it is good. The laundry room was kind of lame since one of the dryers didn't dry my clothes after paying 4 dollars. Overall, this was a great value for the price and in a prime location.
-
Was very pleasantly surprised as the room was so reasonably priced. We were there for 3 nights and everything was very clean, comfortable and the pool was great! Will definitely stay there again if we get back there!!

Room was clean and the staff were excellent. Check in easy.

The AC in our room was poor, we were extremely hot the whole time. However when you went into the hallway outside the room it was very cool. We set the AC down to 60, no change.

The pool area was lovely, and well stocked with clean towels. It was too bad the sports bar didn’t have services with food or beverages in the pool area, but it wasn’t a game changer. I would stay there again. Overall our stay was very good 8/10.

The only negative regarding my stay occurred outside of the hotel room. It was in the outdoor courtyard. The service area for the dogs was located in the courtyard and guests were not considerate in keeping the grass area clean, although bags were present. Also after 11p, when I took my dog out, the lights were not on so it was very dark. When I used my phone to light our path, there were massive cockroaches congregating outdoors. Ewww. I am grateful they were not inside the hotel. Even with that, I would definitely stay at this location again.

Very convenient location for shopping and dining. The $25 per night for parking was not disclosed when I booked the room on Expedia.

Everyone who works at this hotel is very nice and have great manners. The pool is spotless and the location to Old Town is fantastic! Also, both times we have stayed here we were given a nice room upgrade and late checkout at no charge. This will be our go to hotel from now on here in Scottsdale.

It was a clean and very good hotel to stay in in the Scottsdale area. Also has a Parking Garage for $25 where you can keep your vehicle out of the sun.
-
Property was in immaculate shape. Very beautifully kept rooms were clean. Staff was extremely friendly will definitely be back.

We loved mark at the front desk!!! (he worked the night shift and was always there to greet us as we came back from a night out ) He made us feel welcome and also gave us so many good recommendations for food, nightlife and hiking.
-
Awesome location 20min to airport only and close proximity to fashion mall. Staff were wonderful. Towels could be washed better(few stained) but overall price & location would come back!
-
Only Issue was noise from the adjacent street. I had a first floor room and the traffic noise was load.
-
Walkable to old town and fashion mall.
