Clean and comfortable room

The door to the room needs to be replaced, it was awful. We got service once and even that was not great. I did like the location and the full Kitchen in the room, that was great.

Superb

Amazing property amazing facilities great price amazing rooms. The only thing is is they will not give you back your deposit. I have been waiting almost a month and they have still not giving me back my deposit even though I left the room perfect.

We had room 1013 and the first room by the door had a clogged sink and the carpet by the restroom was extremely wet, the second room had a clogged toilet, since we checked in late we didnt notice these untill the morning going to breakfast, i let the staff kno and they sent a maintenance man over, their was a language barrier, they did what they needed, but the carpet remained wet our entire stay. The place was nice but no offer to chage rooms was given.

Exceptional

The hotel was beautiful! Loved the location and that they had two bedroom/two bathroom rooms with living room and kitchens. We had a wonderful time and saw a lot of Scottsdale.

The staff was great and friendly.

Included breakfast was very good. Included free parking was also good this close to Old Town. (Many hotels in this area will either charge for breakfast and/or parking (check the small print - "parking available" means they are charging you.... got to say "free parking" or "complimentary parking" to be free..... !) Amenities in the room were very good - looked like recently remodelled and the kitchen area was well equipped with plates/cups/ utensils etc with a good sized fridge. Aircon was effective and quiet even at 117F outside! Well sound insulated with not much noise from the pool area at night. It is an older style hotel which has (I think) been recently remodelled to a high standard by Hyatt. Access to the rooms is via external stairs and external walkways - no elevators. Only minor downside was that we had a second floor room so were schlepping suitcases up the stairs to get to the room. If you have any mobility issues then ground floor would definitely be a better option

Exceptional

The room is spacious and the staff was friendly. The included breakfast is a nice touch. Good location near Old Town Scottsdale and the shopping areas. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room which was a bit annoying since it’s summer time but it happens. The staff and maintenance worked to fix it which we appreciate. Room could use a bit of a facelift; carpet and couch felt old.

Close location to restaurants and bars. Diego at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating! Nothing.
