Our rooms were clean and beautiful! The staff was very helpful when looking for dining options nearby.
-
Lovely hotel with a resort feel. Weekend pool parties were fun.
-
The pools were immaculate and the staff kept everything clean with towels, water and refreshments available. The room was perfect. It had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. Old Town Scottsdale was literally steps away with some amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk. All in all a 10/10 experience and we would recommend it to anyone traveling through the area.

We LOVE it‼️

Wonderful and friendly staff we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

The property seemed very dated 1980s feel. The room itself was very basic for the price. Room view was trees and greenaryover the parking lot with people occupying the tower being able to-look straight down into your patio. There was no manuals to the room or phone. The staff was abrupt and busy and did not answer question when asked directly. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel even for a short stay.

Loved the experience overall. Pool could be bigger and colder.

I did not like the parking fee.

We had a flight at 7:00 am that morning and were unable to go back to sleep the entire night after being shaken up by this insane event. We called the front desk and asked them what happened, and they blamed it on a security guard checking for late-night room checks. I found it extremely unprofessional, and they do not even offer to refund the night stay. All they offered was to take care of our valet parking. Not sure what type of hotel does late-night room checks on guests' rooms and opens up the door in the middle of the night. If you're looking for a hotel to do that to you, I recommend staying here. If you'd like to get a good night's rest and enjoy your stay, I would not recommend staying here.

Great place to go with friends to have fun. Lacks very much in security; Delivery service freely walks to the room without notice.
-
Great vibe and centrally located. One of the top places I would stay in Scottsdale.

Nice retro feel throughout the hotel, which I really enjoyed. Coming from Las Vegas, the pool was just okay for me, I mainly used the main pool since it had a bar and DJ, and while there was a good crowd on the weekend, it felt more like a casual backyard-style pool than anything standout. The restaurant/bar Zuzu was excellent; I had dinner there and loved it, though it was a bit pricey. Staff across the property were consistently helpful and attentive, and housekeeping service was solid each day. A few downsides: the in-room refrigerator was fully stocked with hotel items, leaving no space for personal use, so I had to go downstairs for ice. I was also on the side of the hotel without an elevator, which made things a bit less convenient. The reading light near my bed came loose, but maintenance responded quickly and fixed it right away. The shower drain was slow, which I chose not to report during my stay. Overall, the location was great with plenty of places to go within walking distance and easy Uber/Lyft access. I’d rate it about 4/5…definitely a nice, relaxed stay, especially for a couple or anyone looking for a peaceful place to unwind.

This is my absolute favorite hotel to stay at whenever I’m in Arizona. It’s super conveniently located — it’s near enough to old town, but far enough away to feel peaceful and relaxing. The staff are top notch and super friendly. It’s always a pleasure to stay at Valley Ho.
