Great place!

If you have a car, Don’t bother paying for onsite parking. Street parking is free and ample

Great location, lovely rooms, love the adult resort vibe.

The staff was amazing along with property grounds. However, there were guests smoking pot and smell was overwhelming, despite the fact it is a non-smoking hotel.
-
I was also charged almost $30 for overnight self-parking, even though the parking area was outdoors and there was plenty of free street parking available nearby. Considering all of these issues, I don’t feel the stay was worth the price, and the additional parking charge made the experience even more frustrating.

I loved this place, would def come back! I had a wonderful trip. The frozen pina coladas were great, reminded me of PR coladas.

My fiancée and I stayed from Sunday through Wednesday. Everything was going well until Tuesday evening, around 10:00 p.m., when we discovered a large roach on our bed. We immediately went to the front desk, and the staff was very helpful in locating and disposing of it. They moved us to another room and informed us that breakfast would be complimentary. Because it was late, we checked our luggage and belongings thoroughly for any additional roaches before agreeing to move to the new room around 10:30 p.m. Unfortunately, the following morning, on the day we were scheduled to check out, we discovered another roach in the new room. We notified the front desk again, and they offered us a discount on our stay, which we appreciated. However, instead of being able to enjoy a relaxing final couple of days, we were extremely stressed and concerned about the possibility of bringing roaches home with us. I want to emphasize that the hotel itself is beautiful and has many great amenities, and the staff was courteous and responsive throughout the situation. However, encountering roaches in two separate rooms was very unsettling and significantly impacted our overall experience. Ultimately, the stress and concern associated with this issue outweighed the positive aspects of our stay.

The staff was really nice. The ZUZU restaurant was really nice and food was great. The hotel is very upscale, clean and friendly staff. They didn't offer complementary breakfast. You had to go outside for ice. They didn't offer happy hour.

Wonderful staff and property, but as a 63 year-old man I felt I was way outside this hotel's demographic. Just too loud and frenetic. Felt like a nightclub. I came to chill and left longing for the peace and quiet of my home. Things done changed.
