I want to tell you and I did nicely that I can’t hear. I told old woman is staff as manager and I said need write with paper. She was very bad attitude to me because I am deaf that I can’t speak and can’t heard. She did disrespect and rude. I text my wife and my wife helped me for interpreter. My wife spoke to old woman staff. The old woman staff not appreciated for meaning to me. I do not comfortable for staff old woman by work night. I don’t know what her maybe no comfortable for Deaf people or racist or other more that. I like their place and good cost. But just will not comfortable for old woman staff as a manager or the old woman staff.

When I visit Pheonix I like to stay here in Scottsdale, it's a nice safe area, you can walk to the Mall, it's only a five minute steady walk. The room was nice and clean as always, the hardwood floor was clean, my socks weren't filthy in a minute. The TV was very good. The young man on the front desk was very helpful too. The laundry room and machines are good also. For the price I would not expect a thing more, I'm always more than satisfied.

Sparkling clean pool. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Pet friendly and family friendly. Restaurant on site. I felt safe during my stay. Can’t beat the location - right next door to Fashion Square Mall!

The beds weren’t that comfortable, but for price and location, it was a decent deal.

A hidden gem of affordability right next to Fashion Square Mall. It’s nice to walk from your room to the restaurants and high end shops! A very quiet motel and very clean both inside the rooms and in the pool and parking lots. The pool was fantastic! I also enjoyed the large bathtub, I hadn’t taken a bubble bath in forever and a day, it was great to unwind before bed.The soap and shampoo they give you smells so good! My microwave and the fridge both worked well and were clean. I stayed on the rear of the building, you have a view of a mountain to the left and Dillard’s to the right. There’s also an area to take your dogs with a bench where you can sit. Ps- the price of the room was very wallet friendly! Thank you Motel 6 Scottsdale see you again sometime A+

300 am fire alarm but that's not hotel's fault.

I like that It has a pancake right next door. very convenient location and the price was right.
