Gorgeous property, clean and spacious room w a view of Camelback Mountain. Spent a day at the spa which was lovely with wonderful amenities and a dedicated pool for spa guests. Enjoyed the other pools in the evening after the sun went down. Incredibly kind staff, and the in room dining was better than expected. Would definitely stay again!

Great. Staff was nice at first then not. All the walking since we were in the very back building was not fun in the heat. But it is Phoenix I suppose.

We all loved our accommodations. The resort was beautiful and the staff friendly. I recommend and would definitely stay there again. The only issue we had was needing more towels and coffee. There were 4 of us and they only had towels and coffee for 2.

The staff were great. It is a lovely property with wonderful views but the rooms could use a refresh. The cushion fabric on the patio lounging chair was shredded and in dire need of replacement.

Gorgeous place, we hated to leave. Great location with an easy drive to the airport, very near fantastic restaurants in Scottsdale and near Camelback mountain. The view is amazing, perfectly kept grounds and friendly staff. We had dinner one night at the resort restaurant and it was very good. Can’t wait to return and stay longer. Minor inconvenience, but entertainment system in the room wouldn’t sync easily. Took multiple calls to service and it was still unstable. Larger villas could accommodate a better refrigerator and coffee set up. There were lots of huge cabinets in our room with no discernible purpose. Maybe just a design choice that most people wouldn’t even notice.

I visited for a mommy staycation and all the staff were amazing. The pools, the cafe, the architecture… it was all amazing! It is definitely more of a rustic/old money vibe so if that is your style then you will love it!

Between the front desk staff and the crew working in the sauna, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Notably, the foods and drinks were delicious as well. The pools were at a great temperature, and we had a great time poolside. Additionally, I would mention: there were a couple of micro-aggressions from a couple of the bellhop and valet crew members. Management took care of that. Aside from that, five stars!

Calming Mosquitoes in first room

The shower was very hot with no cold water. The fridge made a loud noise which kept me up most of the night. Totally overpriced for what we got

Excellent place.

A beautiful, well-maintained, and well-managed resort! Felt like luxury from the moment we pulled up. Two large and lovely pools (one for just adults) … we really liked that you could order food and drinks at both pools, even though the adult pool is the one with the poolside bar. I asked for a Mountain View room and got it. Every morning we sat on our balcony and took in the gorgeous views of Camelback Mountain. Truly nothing bad to say about this place! We will definitely stay here next time we come out to visit our daughter.

Awesome Spanish styling

They didn't clean our room , we called to asking just for towels. it took three calls over the next 2 hours and a visit to front desk to finally get the towels. The air conditioning was stuck on 65 degrees when tried raise the temp the heat would kick on. Keep in mind it was a over 100 degrees and we had to leave the temp off. We were scheduled to stay another night but we were so angry we left. We think we should be entitled to a refund.
