Mountain Shadows Resort Scottsdale

From start to finish the service was top notch. The food the property and the staff were so friendly and helpful can’t wait to go back!

The on-site restaurant and bar were outstanding. The food and the service were wonderful. We especially enjoyed being attended by Penny. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Be aware that when you arrive it’s a thousand dollar hold on your card to reside there that you pay upfront. I wasn’t aware of that nor did it have it in the policy I read. But on another note, I loved my stay. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very friendly. The rooms were immaculate and room service was top tier! The pool was always warm due to the heat outside. The best time in my opinion to swim was when the sun went down! Overall 10/10 would recommend!

Beautiful resort with top-notch service and amenities! The only thing I wish was different was an actual mini fridge in the room as opposed to a fully stocked mini bar. Other than that, this hotel/resort is a beautiful place to stay!

Facilities were well maintained and the decor was modern. Ordered a couples massage in the room that was very relaxing.

Great hotel with amazing staff and restaurants! Only downside was some things in the room were not really working like the faucet handle in the shower was bad. It would not stay in the position you would set it at so it would all of a sudden get extremely hot so you would have to hold it in place to shower. Also the cartridge inside was also bad so sometimes finding lukewarm water was a mission in itself. The faucet at the sink was also all loose and holding on by a thread. Great stay overall but for the price I would expect everything to be functioning properly. Would definitely stay here again but hopefully in an updated room.

This resort is very clean great friendly staff. The room was very nice we had a balcony and a tub with a view of the mountains it’s was relaxing. They have 2 pool areas an adult only pool which is in a quiet location the main pool is also a nice pool and the whirlpool is located at the main pool.

Great staff that were pleasant and accommodating. Lovely large pool. Very hot time of year and our air conditioning made it comfortable but room temp never made it to our setting (70).

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, we are planning an annual trip to this resort. The on-site restaurant Hearth 61 was amazing, every meal we ate was phenomenal. The staff cleaned our rooms every day, the pool was clean and well maintained. The mountain views were fabulous.

We enjoyed our stay cation at Mountain Shadows that we are already planning our next get away! The bar and restaurant far exceeded our expectations. Quiet and peaceful, except when the pool side dj was playing. But overall loved everything about our stay.
