Great property, excellent food, great service
-
The room was wonderful as it always is when we stay there. This was our 18th year. The staff is welcoming, professional, helpful and very accommodating, Pool staff very attentive and the pool manager, Kylie, was exceptional. The grounds are beautiful and the restaurants are terrific. The main bar in the lobby area overlooks the resort and the live entertainment is always terrific. Everything about the resort has 5 stars that is why we return yearly.

Top notch service! Enjoyed an afternoon at the pool and great accommodations.

Beautiful sunrise and sunsets (even the wildlife are friendly -- Rabbits and Birds :-) We love this location for family vacations and will be back as soon as we can! The historic nature of the area and personal experiences (You do you) culture are amazing! If you like a Bourbon Manhattan, try one with Mezcal Tequila - even better! They make excellent drinks, friendly staff, fun "maze" within the hotel itself and lots to do without even leaving the grounds! I would recommend the 1 1/2hr drive to Sedona Country (in a fast and safe vehicle) if one wants to stay for 2-5 days; well worth it! Love this location, will always come back!

Nice resort good place to stay and visit

Location was great! All of the staff was very personable and polite. The suite we were in was wonderful! A great time was had by my whole group. The AC was not cooling very well in the bedroom but I'm from Tucson and understand how hard it is for the units to deal with the temperatures we are having.

Front desk staff was excellent! Room was clean. Pool was pleasant and many options. Great stay.

Clean room

Beautiful facility with excellent customer service. Signage around the resort is terrible so it is easy to get lost around the large property. Summer is not the best time to be at the resort. However I was at a conference there. The doors need weather proofing. As a result the heat seeps into the hallways and elevators making it uncomfortable as you walk back and forth from your room.

Had a blast. Property is awesome and also the food and service.

Our first time here and our first impression was average. The property is currently under construction. During check in nobody told us our floor would have construction going from 9am to 5pm daily. Today during check out a jack hammer was obnoxiously breaking up the front tile. The water was cold for our morning showers. For the price we paid we are extremely disappointed and would like some sort of compensation. And no one told us the steak house was closed during our stay. We dined at Durant’s which exceeded our expectations.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast had a good variety, and everything was fresh. Overall, the hotel was quiet, convenient, and made our trip enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This is not a luxury hotel by any means staff is very unqualified. Food is horrendous. This place should be closed down.
