Scottsdale Parkview Hotel

Convenient location. Issue with jetted tub initially and was moved. Staff could have been a little more helpful. Had an ubereat delivery and I informed staff to tell the driver the new room number if he/she came in. She did, but I wasnt informed and I had to return to front to find it.

Expedia reserves a room for me, the room hadn’t been cleaned by the staff, I opened the door to a messy unmade bed. The staff was helpful to get me a different room which was cleaned. The staff was exceptionally kind and looked to serve. I suspect the sheets weren’t washed as they had a yellow hue and there was only a single sheet layer. It felt icky and dark. The t.v. had direct t.v. But no option to smartcast or use the web. The tub surround was uncaulked and some little bugs crawled out of there.

Stayed here a few times, usually great. Only issue I had was room was 92 degrees at check in and took about 7 hours to cool down to 78.

The room has no electric outlets working at all, AC not working properly It was very old and not functioning, its a very cheap and old version of a Motel 6 but way worse. The pictures are not the true reality of the hotel

Let’s just say I got what I paid for but never again!

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful however when we went to check into our rooms there were bed bugs all over the mattresses. I do have video proof if you would like to see it. The rooms were awesome very very hot like the AC had not been turned on at all. I immediately went and requested a refund the lady at the front desk apologized profusely and said that everything was refunded I am waiting the 7 to 10 days to see it on my credit card but as of today there is still nothing even pending for a refund for either the room or the deposit. I will not ever consider staying at this hotel again.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Do not recommend. I didn't even sleep in the room I was scared...

We were waiting 2 hours outside and no one was at the front desk . And no one answered our calls and they didn’t give us our full refund

This place is not safe . Expedia lies about the information about this property. Stay away . Nothing close what Expedia advertises about this property . Expedia is to blame here - they have no accountability about false advertisement.

The staff was very friendly everything was clean and it was a very peaceful environment. Thank you it was great for the money !

The weight room is missing weights for working out.

Worst hotel in the scottsdale area, avoid at all costs.

Weekly and monthly rates are available.. most of the guests reflected that. I ended up with fraud on my card I used to check in with.
