The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are renovated beautifully and are very comfortable and stocked with a welcome basket of snacks. The pool is perfect, there’s a game room with activities, and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The only thing to complain about was the WiFi being super spotty. And there could be a television in the bedroom also lol. But I loved the hotel!

We had driven about six hours to get there, and my daughter was exhausted. Instead of being able to settle in and rest, we had to keep moving from room to room because of the problems. In the first room, the air conditioner didn't work. In the second room, there were ants everywhere. In the third room, the bed looked like the pillows had already been used, and the bedding appeared dirty. The TV remote didn't work either. I waited about 1.5 hours to speak with the manager, but he refused to acknowledge that there were any problems, even after I showed him photos. The hotel advertises rooms with a kitchenette, but there were no kitchen amenities or basic supplies. If nothing is provided, it shouldn't be listed as a feature. The building is very old and poorly maintained. There is no elevator, so guests have to carry their luggage up the stairs, which is especially difficult for families with children. Because of these issues, I canceled my stay. After a six-hour drive and all the room changes, this experience was incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to families traveling with kids.

No light bulbs, no remote for TV, door didn't unlock.... but staff helped resole issues

I’ve stayed here a handful of times and will continue to come back. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The facility is great. The pool/hot tub area is nice and the game room is great. Location is a plus. It’s very close to ASU. I will be back!

Nice front desk staff. Air conditioning units are way too loud. They only have streaming, no TV. No spoons in the room. They only have powdered coffee cream in the room. No decaf. All things considered, I won't stay there again.

Rooms are quite, clean and comfortable (we stayed in the king premium suite). AC works great and bed is comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and having the washer/dryer combo unit in the room was a plus. We extended our stay. Our grandkids loved the game room when they visited. The hotel provides a variety of snacks and drinks which was a very nice unexpected amenity.

Beds were great and place was clean with plenty of space. It was great to have the in unit washer and dryer and the location was pretty convenient to stores etc. I would have loved to stay longer but the Wi-Fi was non-existent. From the beginning of the stay our phones couldn’t stay connected to the Wi-Fi and couldn’t stream tv due to latency. Only brushed off once even saying it was fine or that they would look into it for the entire week we were there. Hopefully they improve this because it was a nice and peaceful place to stay.

Nice and quiet
-
The hotel looked more like an older apartment complex than it did a hotel.
-
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again

The staff has been very friendly & accommodating, especially the room service team! I’m glad to have stumbled upon this hotel & have already referred a few friends to visit when they have a chance!
