Having a room on the north side of the building is next to the freeway and it is very noisy, all night long, very busy. Everything else was great

Place was perfect for dropping my son off at college. Laundry was a nice bonus. We will stay here again.

AC was blowing cold room was nice and clean room was well insulated and quiet staff was very helpful. I had forgotten my toothpaste, asked the staff where the closest drugstore was he. Reached in under his check-in desk and gave me some toothpaste, so I wouldn't have to go to the drugstore. Nice touch will definitely stay there again. When visiting my daughter in college

Nice place for the right price and with free parking. They gave us a late checkout with not problem.

The location is perfect, walking distance to In and Out and Starbucks. Near downtown Tempe. If you like running you can run from the hotel to Tempe Town Lake waterfront then do a run around downtown Tempe and ASU. Don’t expect a luxury breakfast here but their breakfast was good enough to help fuel you to start the day, they serve coffee and tea all throughout the day. The small issue was their fridge, my fridge wouldn’t close completely. Other than that I enjoyed the 4 nights here and I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. Close to downtown Tempe and not too far of a drive up to Scottsdale.

Property a little older/worn than pictures. Breakfast okay. Breakfast was Not served in hotel pics with blue lamps with windows. It was smaller room. They did have “egg mix,”boiled eggs, yummy breakfast potatoes, pancake machine. I didn’t care for sausage patties. Also, the oranges & bananas were already spoiling. Mattress was comfy enough. Rooms looked clean. However, first room smelled like smoke & mint. Second room better but had a bit of faint musty odor. Bathroom door to shower & toilet felt cramped. The sink in separate room. There was a microwave, fridge, room safe, ironing board iron, small hair dryer. Lots of room lights & big TV. The shower included Dove products. There was elevators to other floors. The pool area was small. Pool was warm & hot tub hot but jets not working; they were waiting for part to fix it. Our room was right next to freeway. & could hear the cars zooming off exit. Lots or places to eat nearby.

The room was well enough for what we needed. It was clean and air conditioning was good. Area was secure and well maintained.

I've stayed here a number of times as it is a convenient location not far from the airport. They have a great breakfast and the staff are friendly.
