Very good sized room and location good. Room felt a bit dark due to ground floor position and not much natural light

The only positive thing about this hotel are the staff who are all amazing everything else is NOT as advertised Where do I start. The location of the hotel is halfway up a narrow street with significant construction going on all around the property from morning till night. This was not disclosed before check in and payment of it had been we would not have continued with our booking. There is also residential housing to the back and side which also produces a lot of noise. Homeless people sleeping outside the hotel who approach you and ask for money. The penthouse apartment is very small and badly maintained definitely not as advertised. The owner is not interested in doing anything to rectify the situation he has your money he doesn’t care. I am fighting this with Booking.com and my bank.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was located in a construction zone so it was very noisy and difficult to navigate.

The room itself was clean and very comforable. It was great to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The front office workers were all kind and helpful. It was nice to be so close to the beach and there were many great restuarants nearby. We stayed in room #1 and our view was the back corridor of the building that was filled with construction material or garbage..hard to tell.

Lange construction sites around Made ist loud during the day.
-
Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The property is well maintained and centrally situated. Appreciated the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. Unavoidable noise during the day, as there is a lot of construction nearby.

The place is great location the rooms are large

Room 1, where we staayed is next to the communual hotel toilets. It is also the main thoroughfare between the basement parking and the hotel. The room window could not be opened as it it not secured and on the ground floor. I am sure the other rooms are a lot better - just never book room 1.

Lovely staff, great rooms with lots of space and everything you needed (huge bed, kitchenette with cookware and dishware, living space, and lots of toiletries in the washroom). Parking was included and early check-in and late check-out were easily accommodated. Room was quite clean and felt very safe. Bathroom could’ve been slightly cleaner, lots of mildew built up in the grout and could tell that the tub and shower had not been deeply cleaned since last use.

Ideal location for sight seeing - 10 minutes from all main spots - Camps Bay, V&A etc. Great options for breakfast/lunch in Sea Point - also ideal for sunrise or sunset walk.

The reception didn’t have enough knowledge of attraction and wasn’t really helpful. Asked them book a dinner which i had to book by myself at the end of the day due to lack of response. And we booked half day wine tram tour mainly for the wine tram but only realized there is no wine tram for half day after booking through the reception ( only bus driving us to 2 different vineyards. But other than that, reception staff were nice and accommodating.

Comfortable, ideal work station in the room, wifi great, compfortable bed, off street parking, front desk staff amazing. I will use the facility again if available when I am in Cape Town for business. Outside facilities for meals and coffee ideal, nice and close No complaints

Stay was perfect for an overnight trip. The shower pressure was non-existent, so I would urge other guests to test that before taking the room. The front desk was very accommodating but unfortunately never helped as it was night and maintenance was not there. The guest Wifi was very poor but after asking the front desk, I got access to the staff wifi and it made a huge difference. There was also a loud siren every hour or so coming from somewhere in sea point that was quite aggravating

Friendly and very efficient staff. Excellent location. Spotless clean. Very spacious and well-appointed room with everything that you need. Tiles on outside areas are a bit slippery
-
Room well equipped and good size. Safe didn't work, not a big issue for me at least.

Stunning and modern interior and setup, exceptionally clean, very friendly and welcoming staff. I was so glad the property had parking too. I enjoyed that there were house cleaning so I could really enjoy my break away. No facilities at the hotel,no pool, or shop to quickly get something. The tv just stopped playing Netflix while we watched a movie. The bed was not comfortable at all as my husband and I woke up with stiff back. Could feel the springs of the bed worn out already. The noise of people building woke me on my first morning. Other than that beautiful place
