Awesome staff - made the stay great N/A
-
The staff was incredibly accommodating with specific requests like holding packages for me. They helped to find a rental car for me and always insisted on helping with bags. I got a sea view room and it did not disappoint.

The staff are great, very friendly and helpful. I stayed in room 1105 - it is located by the service entrance so very noisy. the AC is very loud and cannot have it on while sleeping The bathroom extraction fan was not working and the lights flickered constantly. The TV is old and provides a terrible picture.

nothing If I could give a zero, I would The photos were misleading The pool was disgusting - full of dirt, soil all on the bottom. The Glass was filthy. You could not get in it. The loungers were not usable. they were so disgusting with what looked like year old stains and dirt. The air conditioner did not work, so we were stuck in 40 degree heat and the reception staff were incredibly rude. The room pictures DO NOT match what you get. The hotel is so run down, with flaky paint and badly maintained chairs. We left the hotel and found something for $30 more and it was so nice.

Location Sewage stink-overpriced for a 4 star- Two single beds .Old and smelly.

Staff were amazing

We loved the location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The room was cleaned properly daily. The breakfast was extremely expensive for a family of 4, so we didn't have breakfast or use the restaurant at all. There was no gym - it would have been a nice option to have. Our TV didn't work so on the second day, they offered us a different room, but repacking and moving wasn't convenient so we just left it. The light in our bathroom flickered when turned off for the last 2 days

Location, helpful staff, bottled water.

I like the location and the staff are super friendly The bathroom was very small and the airconditioning system is very noisy. Also the room i booked was only ready at 4pm which is much too late. Breakfast is limited i would recommend having breakfast somewhere else in the area

Booked 1st 2 nights on the hotel website, for the villa. It mentioned our room having a seaview but when we got there we didn't get a seaview. The receptionists advised us to book into the main hotel so we can get seaview which we did for the additional 3 days but on check in we were told 1. There's none available on that day, 2. We were told we need to pay extra money to get seaview, 3. One of the receptionists promised us he will make a plan for us the next day to get seaview since there would be an opening but never did. On top of this, we got a room with a missing night stand, they promised to bring it and never did - excuse was that it was broken. We would request things like towels and toiletries, get promised that they will bring them to the room but never did.

Bed sheets needed to be changed

The bathrooms was in excellent condition. Staff was very helpful. Especially the manager. I complained about my room and she moved me to another room This hotel was rated a 4 star and I expected a more luxurious feel. The entrance did not smell nice. No lifts from the basement parking to the hotel. Luggage had to be carried up a flight of stairs. The room provide has two single beds put together. One bed was higher than the other.

The location is perfect, breakfast was good nothing

Breakfast was excellent. With a variety of delicacies, the coffee was also delicious. Our room was hidden by the hotel so we were denied a view of the ocean.

It’s location is perfect . Was close to all the places we wanted to explore with my husband The cleaning crew and the reception desk team. Bad communication had to complain to the manage to intervene. The manager highly professional as he cleaned up the mess of his subordinates and offered us a room upgrade which was amazing. Thank you Mr Manager
