Not adequate tables.and chairs in the breakfast area.

Rooms perfectly clean, helpful staff, parking was a little tight, but plenty of spaces, and breakfast was great!

This hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

My room smelled a little musty and could have used a little TLC such as black spots around the base of the shower pan which looked like mold and frayed carpet. Other than that the staff were very attentive and polite, the morning free breakfast was better than I expected. Overall a good experience. The price was also reasonable for the time of year.

Drove in from Western Massachusetts. This hotel was very convenient for us from here. We were able to get to Hamden Beach, which was only a short 12 minute ride away. We also were able to travel to many coastal northern cities from this location. My family highly recommends this hotel.

The breakfast bar had many options to choose from, including 2 waffle makers! They offered cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast, english muffins, breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage link, ham, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, water and fresh fruit! We didn’t have time to enjoy it, but the pool looked awesome and the fitness room was small but functional. Overall, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was clean, and the room was cozy! We were under 15 minutes away from Hampton Beach. Over all 10/10! Family of 6 with young kids- the room would have been amazing with a sleeper sofa although we managed just fine.

Hotel close to the beach and to restaurants

Location The pool was gross. It had things floating around and the smell was marshy and humid even with windows opened. We ended up not daring to go in it. It was very disappointing seems how we looked for a hotel with a pool so the kids could use it. Also the beds were awful, felt like we were sleeping on springs and every-time you moved it would squeak. We also had some very very load upstairs people that would keep us awake and wake us early just stopping around endlessly.

Location was good, rooms comfortable and quiet Carpet was damp and air conditioner smelly so did not dare use it. Price was exceptionally high. Mold on caulking in bathroom. Could really use an update

Loved the location Very loud banging of a door maybe unsure that was the only complaint . We were on the ground floor and next to a entry door so maybe that was it . Luckily we had a sound machine to kinda off set the consistent loud bangs.

Staff is always friendly. Accomodations are very well maintained. No dislikes.
