Seabrook Inn

The property is pretty outdated. The rooms need a complete renovation. But was clean. Housekeeping never completed service the 3 days we stayed here. We mainly used the room for sleeping as we spent most of our time on the boardwalk.

There was a strange residue of some black tar substance in the sink, dirty footprints in the bathtub and mold surrounding the edges of the bathtub. The shower curtain rod was almost ripped out of the wall, and we had to be very gentle so it wouldn't fall down completely.

Unpleasant experience.

room was very dated. strong smell of smoke in a non smoking room. smoke may have been coming in through the air conditioning unit as there was a smoking station right outside my door. informed staff of concerns. told them I better not be billed for smoking in the room, because of the heavy smell of smoke that was in there and of my concerns where it came from. although they assurred me I would not be billed they did not seem to care about my inability to sleep in said room! I would not visit again, nor would i recommend this place to anyone else.

Paid for a twin queen bed room and got a twin full size bed. Tv looked like someone blew their nose on it, and a10 pm the children were still running back and forth in front of the room making it hard to sleep.

Run down. Ice machines and vending all broken. Room was clean inside but outside was like a dump. Broke down cars full of garbage. Cigarette butts and wrappers everywhere. Loud people in and out all hrs of the night.

Very good

Breakfast is very good. Quiet to sleep. Bed is clean. Motel is rundown sadly but for the cheap price you get, you live with it. Pool is still functional. They charged us more than what Expedia was offering so be on the look out for that kind of mistake.

Room smelled disgusting. Coffee maker looked dirty.

Checked in got to my room and there was still trash under the dresser

This was a horrible experience. The phone in the room was dead and couldn't even call front office for an emergency or 911. There was a short shower curtain that would make water come out onto the floor. There was mold in the bathroom, no counter space to put makeup and toothbrushes etc. The door had spaces on the top and side, bugs could get in. No shelves in the shower to put shampoo, body wash and such. There were two floor lamps that were broken, and two table lamps that were very dirty. The carpet was nasty and rippled. When you look online at the room, these are things you can't see in the pictures. We couldn't stay there so we checked out, although the staff was accommodating to check us out a give us a refund receipt.

Nice spot off the highway in Seabrook close to shopping and beaches. Parking, check in a breeze. AC fine but not needed. Basic motel was comfortable and served its purpose.

The only positive was the bed was comfy. The carpet was very filty. Our feet were black from walking a few steps. The room smell moldy. The tub was dirty as well.

Location , nice staff , great pool Ice machines always seem to be down . It would be nice for more vending machines
