My only issues were too many dogs around and barking all night long

Pros: Clean, spacious rooms Indoor pool (water a bit cold) Close to beach and boardwalk ( very walkable) Washer and dryer in 2 bed suite (major bonus and they provided laundry pods upon request) Cons: It’s pet friendly BUT can’t leave pets in the room unattended. This SUCKED when it came time to go out as a family to do activities like dining and arcade stuff. If you have a crate I think you should be allowed to leave your pet especially since they charge a nightly rate for the pet. Not all burners on my stove worked properly Happy hour light bites are advertised but they were out of the charcuterie board which I was looking forward too with a glass a wine No smart tv just a standard one with basic channels so we couldn’t take advantage of a Netflix movie or show. Only one USB charging dock ie the alarm clock . Would have been nice to have more device charging options in room All and all we had a nice time and appreciate the experience but with the pet restrictions probably won’t be back.

Worth the cost and location!

The rooms were great, elevator seemed a bit older and weight room could use an update with the equipment. Hotel was beautiful overall and had a great location to downtown seaside.

Breakfast was very minimal. I didn't expect too much but thought there should at least be cheap sausage, scrambled eggs, and a waffle machine. I mean the typical cheap hotel breakfast but they didn't have that. The breakfast hall was very small with only scones, bagels, cereal and

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained property and rooms included everything you might need during your stay.

Just an overpriced place last minute on the Oregon coast

Love that the rooms have a washer/dryer. Lots of space to move around. Highly recommend staying here with kids.

Wonderful stay at Rivertide. The rooms were well setup with kitchenette and plates and a few cooking utensils. Breakfast included was yummy and good selection. Great location.

Clean room close to the beach and everything A++++ Staff

Beautiful room. Needs a better breakfast with eggs, ham, sausage or bacon. At $500 a night it should be a 5 star breakfast.

Very comfortable hotel right on the river and close to Seaside's main strip. We enjoyed our stay here. Lodging in Seaside is pricey for what you get, but we've been to this little town a few times over the last 7 years and this hotel worked best for our family. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and available, and breakfast was sufficient. We'd stay here again.

Great hotel!

We had a fabulous time! Took our grandkids, stayed in a two bedroom suite. We took our dog and accommodations for all of us was very easy. Love the swimming pool area. They brought towels in very often. Breakfast was good. It’s not a big buffet to choose from but you have your kitchen upstairs too. Always hot coffee around. Very friendly staff.

Easy free parking, check in was a breeze. Needed extra blankets and they were right on top of it.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and not in a phony way. They seem to genuinely enjoy being there. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, and I’m terrified of heights so bailed on the crow’s nest immediately, but I love that they’re there. We only caught breakfast one day, but they had biscuits and gravy, which is all my family needs to be happy. Whenever we leave a hotel, we can’t help but talk about what worked and didn’t. This has got to be the first time we left and just said “well we’re staying here from now on.” Thanks so much for having us!

Absolutely loved the room and staff. The rooftop veranda was great to watch the evening sunset as well.

Loved this property and will definitely stay again!

For the amount of money that I spent, the bed was very small, there was no Netflix, they said there was a breakfast, but there was no eggs available because they said that they had tried to make eggs before, and it didn’t work out. There was also black mold in the shower, which I reported.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and 1 small dog.
