River Inn at Seaside

We visited Seaside last minute and had a good stay. The lady that worked the night shift was excellent. I felt bad for her since they seemed short staffed. Great amenities. Our kids enjoyed the cookies and peppermint candies. Standard breakfast. Close to the beach. Our family borrowed a couple bikes and had a great time at the promenade.

No downsides to mention and we especially enjoyed roasting mallows and making Andes mint chocolate s’mores!!

Nice and clean rooms.

This was a great location! Located close to everything. The hotel was clean and nice. I loved the cookies at night and the fireplaces outside! Such a very accommodating hotel! The staff were all excellent. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was delicious and had good options. I saw a lot of families take advantage of the s’mores option for the fireplaces! Great stay and would highly recommend!

Lots of activities for kids including pool ping pong shuffleboard fire pit with snores.

I really love this hotel, one of the most clean and quiet in the area and the staff are always nice and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Staff were accommodating and went above and beyond to assist with a mini screwdriver and batteries so my sons new toy would work.

The continental breakfast is ok.

Close to the beach and walking distance to downtown.

The suite was great and clean, staff very helpful.

The only drop in score was the temp. control in the room was inconsistent. Large variation in temperature before the air-conditioning would turn on and no constant fan for air movement The centralized location was amazing. We also enjoyed the view from our balcony of the lake and socializing at the fire pits was a nice touch of ambiance.

Great location , close to town. Being provided a crib was nice accommodation. The breakfast could use some work. We've stayed at saltline previously and the breakfast here didn't compare to there's at all , mostly considering the price .

The location: short walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery. The morning walk on the beach with our dog was way better than what I could have imagined. The rooms: We got a suite - a bedroom with a living/kitchen room. The kitchen is well stocked. We made dinners a few times, which makes the staying feel like a home. The balconies are great to get fresh airs and relax too. One thing I’d like to mention is that the couch is actually a futon, not a pull out sofa - a bit small for 2 adults but workable. The amenities: breakfast was great. There are hot and iced water 24/7, and cookies too! We didn’t use the pool and gym, but I did see families enjoying their time in the pool. Also the fire pits in the backyard are nice. Great view of the river. Overall, this is an awesome hotel for our 3 nights stay. Highly recommended!

We appreciated the location. It was a short walk through the main street to the beach area. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

Warm cookies in evening. Good breakfast items. Room was equipped for needs. Easy walk to beach and Broadway strip.
