I felt at home everything was clean. Staff was professional. I probably never be back to Washington but wherever I go I will go to another Ramada.

The evening staff when we checked in was amazing. The two women in the morning was a different story. Tyra was amazing and so very kind, helpful, and pleasant. Her co-worker on the other hand was rude and condescending when I asked a question. I was so upset, that I didn't get her name.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The dinner at the restaurant on the premises was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was just okay and if we stay there again we will eat dinner there but will walk just down the street to the Denny’s for breakfast. Overall, the hotel was economical and convenient and we would stay there again.

The room was very spacious, clean & quiet. It was a few minutes from the airport and the shuttle runs every half hour and was hassle free. I would recommend.

However, while inside of my room, with a 'Do not disturb' sign posted, someone tried to enter my room, which set off my personal alarm door stopper. I contacted the front desk because I assumed that it was a room pirate looking to steal whatever they could find. I was told that the problem was related to the check in process when they initially couldn't complete my check in because of the WiFi issues. I'm still completely puzzled why any legitimate person would try to enter a room with a 'Do not disturb' sign hanging on the door. It was a red flag that someone was probably inside.

Don’t wast your time, no pool ice at the very end of a long hall, and the rudest front desk I’ve ever seen. In house restaurant is some cheap SIGON bar.

Tracy was the sweetheart at the front desk when we arrived on an early morning flight from California unfortunately we couldn’t check in that morning.Tracy did get absolute best to accommodate us. For an early afternoon check in! She was so thoughtful and kind. To our surprise, there was a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant next to the front desk. when we arrived at our suite, we were pleasantly surprised with our living room pull out sofa and nice size bedroom with a king bed. Vacation on a budget a family of five! the hotel also has pullout beds, which was perfect two to a sofa bed two to the king size bed, and one on the rollaway bed. Worked out fantastic. I enjoyed the big windows as well. There’s is a mini fridge/freezer microwave coffee maker and sink… I would stay here again…

Front desk was helpful in getting us to the dock for our cruise

When I booked the room, there should be a mini fridge inside the room, but in fact, there was no fridge in the room and when I asked the receptionist to provide one, the reply was so rude and aggressive.

The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. Got an answering machine that apparently no one listens to… finally looked up the hotel number through google on my phone to get the front desk. Waited over a hour for the courtesy van. I could have walked there in less than 30 min.
