Hotel in need of serious upgrade & renovation. Comfy beds and good water pressure but lobby, halls & rooms feel dated and a little dingy. Okay for a night’s sleep before or after a flight.

Front desk lady was a rude! Never smiled, to the point. Two days I dealt with her. Same both days. No place to eat that’s close.

Cleanliness and location when checking in receptionist was extremely rude she ended her shift the lady replacing her was very friendly and helpful. No refrigerator or microwave in room. Only on site dinning option was closed for our stay. No breakfast offered on site

The accommodations and customer service were great. The courtesy van drivers were friendly. It had been three years since I stayed there. During that time the restaurant was revamped. There are very few places to eat in that area.

Very nice, clean and convenient place to stay if you want to be near SEA-TAC airport. They have a great shuttle service that will get you to the airport quickly. The room was clean and comfortable with a very good size refrigerator. They let us check in before the 2 o’clock check in time which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are not the problem here, This facility is run down and in need of a complete remodel or rebuild completely, i couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

The first time, I was literally in the process of unloading bags from my van. The second time, the van had already been completely emptied and everything we needed had been packed into a single duffel. I pulled up solely to drop off my child and the duffel. I stopped, got out, handed the bag to my child, and the driver immediately came over and started yelling at me, insisting that I could not park there. He repeatedly pointed at the sign and demanded that I read it—the sign that very clearly said LOADING/UNLOADING ONLY. It’s possible he wanted me to read the sign to him, as he clearly did not seem to understand what “loading/unloading” meant. I’m not sure how I could have complied with the sign more literally unless I had thrown the duffel and my child from a moving vehicle.

The carpet in the room looked like years of grime. Room smelled like a smoker was in there and they tried to clean it but it didn’t work. TV didn’t accurately tell what is actually playing.No place to leave your luggage for 2 hours.

Property location and price are great. It's older, but still fine and met our needs.
