This is the worst place I have ever stayed. It was disgusting. The whole property was dirty and unkept. I was so disappointed. The staff were not friendly or helpful. It was so loud. Don’t stay here.

Dirty smelly rooms, even the TV remote control was sticky. This property should be completely gutted and rebuilt.
-
Very low budget place. My room smelled.

All staff was extremely polite and helpful. Room was adequate as we needed a place to sleep after a very long day of flying before heading to pier early next day. Could use repairs, makeover and upgrades but we slept well.

Parking was easy and it is easy to walk to the Airport and Light Rail.

Booked this cause I needed a place to rest my head for one night. I honestly would've been better just sleeping in the airport. Horrible and dirty. I refused to get under the sheets.

This is an old, run-down property. I don’t need fancy, but I expect clean. The room smelled of smoke, like a cigar or pot, whatever, the stench was horrible and I endured for two nights. I stayed at this place a few years ago, and it sure had gotten worse. It’s an inexpensive place but not worth the lowest price. Everything, I mean everything, is filthy. Yuck!!!!!

Food left in small refrigerator- looked like days. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of entire room

I lay over often in SEA and have never had such a horrible experience. Highly recommend any other hotel.

If you're considering staying here, my advice is simple: know exactly what you're walking into. The photos and price do not prepare you for the reality. In all my years of travel, I have never left a hotel and chosen airport chairs instead. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I rarely write negative reviews, but this property was so concerning that I feel obligated to warn other travelers. In my opinion, the building is in such poor condition that it should not be operating as a hotel. Stay elsewhere. Even if it costs more, you'll be glad you did. Unfortunately, almost everything. We checked out shortly after checking in because the condition of the room was unacceptable. The odor was so overwhelming that it made us feel physically ill. We tried opening both the door and the window for fresh air, but the window opened without a screen, which created another concern. The room appeared poorly maintained and unclean. The bedding, pillows, and furniture were in such poor condition that we were uncomfortable setting our belongings anywhere. Even the "Do Not Disturb" sign was a handwritten note rather than a standard hotel sign. We were returning from a cruise with large suitcases and had to carry them up narrow, unsettling stairs because there was no elevator. After seeing the room, we decided we would rather spend the night at the airport than stay there. In fact, we left and slept in airport chairs instead. The customer service was equally disappointing. Check-in took an unusually long time, and the front desk clerk appeared unfamiliar with basic hotel procedures. We were charged an additional fee for early check-in despite rooms already being available, and the amount seemed to be calculated manually on a calculator rather than through a hotel system. No refund or accommodation was offered after we immediately departed. I work in the hotel industry and understand that budget properties won't offer luxury accommodations. I also knew I was taking a chance booking during a sold-out weekend. However, basic cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service should be expected at any price point. This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

It’s close by to the airport but I arrived after midnight so no free shuttle available. You have to take a taxi or walk They ask for a USD 100 cash as security deposit

The location is ok. It is close to the train and airport if you need that. The room was certainly much cheaper than other hotels. Staff was not friendly and hard to understand. Room didn't look clean. It looked like it hadn't been updated or painted or repaired in 20 years. I wasn't even sure the bed had been properly laundried because the sheets weren't even tucked in. It was dark and right next to the laundry room which made plenty of noise. There was also no nice lobby to sit and wait for folks or read. No coffee station, etc.

Things in the room needed cleaning/wiping down. Sticky surfaces. Old, tatty furniture. But the bed was so comfortable.1

This property is disgusting smells so terrible. I had no other choice to book since fifa was having a game there around the same time I was traveling. I had 2 rooms and both were not clean when I went to check them. I checked in at 5pm and the front desk dude with the weird eyes said it’s because the house keeper is new and takes longer to clean. Not my issue but I can almost guarantee that is incorrect since the other rooms I had were disgusting too. The fridges are from the 70s tvs from the early 2000s and the dirt on the walls from the 60s.

I woke up with bites on my arm that look like bed bug bites.
