The staff were very kind!

Staff so helpful allowing us to park the car outside to off load our bags abd check in before returning car back to rental. Food was excellent. There is safety boxes at the reception but not in room. Bed very comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The biggest letdown was the breakfast buffett..it was way way overpriced and in my opinion it was the same size and quality as the complementary breakfast at any other hotel in America except it costed me and my son $66!! I have paid less for a breakfast buffett at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville!

Room was clean, pillows could be better. Staff was friendly.

Concierge lounge was alright. It was nice to have snacks at the hotel. Walls are paper thin, neighbor was not talking loudly and I could hear their entire conversation. The bathroom stunk like cleaner and the j-tube under the sink clearly was full of something disgusting as whenever the water ran, the bathroom was filled with the most putrid smell.

Close to the airport and train station. Shuttle was convenient Expensive parking.

Friendly staff including at restaurant. Comfortable bed. Fit and finish issues. Leaky faucet. VERY loud AC unit with no possible adjustment. Made sleeping hard!. No soap at sink—had to use body soap pump in shower.

I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was a very poorly managed and also rooms are very dirty. Nothing‘s working properly and they charge me more money. I don’t know what it is 57 and I had to pay extra $150. I already paid 297 so that’s about $400 a night. I’m very very disappointed.

For an airport hotel not to have a bar open after 10.45 is poor. No room service and an empty mini bar. 340 USD was a rip off.

Great location and great hotel

Good food, clean room and great staff. Valet was awful. Our friends came for dinner and had to pay for valet and not just self parking even with disabled parking sticker.
