Clean room and great staff

Great hotel overall, but I didn’t like that I didn’t have hot water at 5am when I was going to the airport and the AC did not work at all during the night

Everything was what you hoped it would be.

Convenient walk to airport and Sky train.

A very quiet hotel across the street from SEATAC. The hotel restaurant, 13 coins and dennys is the only restaurants within walking distance.

Staff was awesome! Our room had no hot water but they immediately upgraded our room and gave us free breakfast. They also checked to see if everything was ok after our move. Would definitely stay here again.

No hot water. Moved us room. Still no hot water. Wouldn’t refund our money through hotels.com. Did offer free breakfast, but not worth it for two ice cold showers.

Convenient to transportation to downtown. Very large rooms. Available shuttles to the airport free was a bonus!

The hotel smells moldy to say the least. The property seems and looks clean but I kept sneezing there, the pillows WERE SO BAD I couldnt sleep well and they only provided 3 pillows for each bed. The shampoo has to be used together with conditioner or you'll never be able to comb your hair wet. It's clearly an older hotel buy overall a good stay due to friendly staff and complimentary shuttle and REALLY CLEAN towels.

Well, the hotel is clean and adequate. It’s very dated in there. It looks like it’s right out of 2004 but they do seem to keep the place pretty nice. It’s very convenient to the airport and the light rail is across the street. They did make a mistake with my reservation and I was expecting a king bed and I got two double beds, but it happens and they did the best they could to make it up to me so there is that. The staff was nice. It was just an adequate hotel good enough for two nights would stay again.

Nice staff. Room was good. Older building. Parking was easy. Good location.

Hot tub and pool not working. Clearly been broken for long period of time - hot tub, which heats pool, partially excavated and clearly in no rush to repair. No maintenance in long time. Will not stay again until entire property renovated and repaired.

Continently located

breakfast buffet was a little overpriced. But the room was very nice if a little dated, the view was gorgeous as we saw Mount Rainier right at our window. The pool was lovely and the public spaces were also beautiful. I can’t really complain.
