Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport

Wouldn't expect this hotel to have any issues.

Staff was helpful except at restaurant. They were rather inattentive.

Perfect for travelers and airport stay overs

We basically just slept there. I had requested additional half and half and regular coffee at the front desk and was given coffee mate and decaf. The front desk clerk did not present a professional image at all, and the room faced the street and was very noisy. Make sure you get a room away from the street side of the hotel. It also took quite a while for the shuttle to drive the 5 minutes to pick us up. Will probably not stay here again.

Directly across the street from the airport. Nice, clean room, if a little dated. Staff were great.

Definitely not worth the cost per night. I stayed in waaaay over hotel in the beginning of the trip for the same price. My family and I just stayed here at the end of our cruise to be close to airport for convenience. Next time I rather pay extra money to be driven to airport. Felt ripped off honestly…

Breakfast was great and the Airport shuttle was super convenient. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and staff! Suprisingly clean and updated as it's right across from the airport and gets LOTS of traffic. But it's lovely and a great place to stay!

The location was ideal. The room was fine, it wasn't noisy. The bed was comfortable, and everything worked. Everything was adequate, nothing memorable. They had a fresh water bottle filler in the lobby which was great and the restaurant was open long hours. The towels were pretty skimpy. The room wasn't dirty but it didn't seem very fresh either.

I was charged a full month ahead of the actual date despite being informed by Expedia it was a reservation with pay on arrival. The excessively high room rate of $375 for a standard double room for one night did not even include breakfast. This looks like price gouging with the World Cup in town later in the week. I will not stay at a Radisson Hotel again and tell others to avoid this hotel company.

Exceptional

This has been my hotel of choice for my business travel for almost one year now until my recent stay. I woke up with numerous bug bites all over my body at 2am and could not go back to sleep. The front desk attendant was very apologetic and provided me with the manager’s business card. I emailed the manager the evening of 6/10 and still haven’t heard back (today is 6/15). Perhaps it went to her spam box, I don’t know but this matter should have been escalated to her attention without me having to reach out. Needless to say I will not be staying here again.
