Coast Gateway Hotel

This is a property that is close to the airport and they pick you up in shuttle very quickly. They also answer their phone if you have questions. The rooms are small, but are fine for a night before or after a flight into Seattle.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit dated - for example, there were no direct USB plugins. The hairdryer was unimpressive and the tub/shower small. The breakfast buffet was clean and food and coffee piping hot. Make-your-own waffle station was available. Sausage and scrambled egg rounds with muffin available. If you are gluten free, however, options are limited. The only yogurt is surgary/flavored option. No berries. No hot oats (though insta cups available). Only peel-and-pour creamers, no half and half.

Staff was very helpful- and the discount coupon for the restaurant next door was very useful- the food was delicious! Breakfast was solid, and the location was great for returning the rental car. Airport shuttle was on time and ran 24 hours.

Although the woman who checked us in was lovely, the man at reception the next morning was quite rude and the airport shuttle that we reserved for 6am left without us! Not even 1 minutes grace or a quick look around for a guest that was written down for the shuttle?! Disappointed.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful with any questions you may have. The hotel is very clean, and the location can’t be beat if you’re looking to stay very close to the airport.

It is very close to the airport and the Restaurant there for all the food and drinks you want and it don’t get any better an that.

Excellent, helpful staff. Great continental breakfast and you can walk (or take the complimentary shuttle) to and from the airport. Would stay again for sure.

This hotel is clean, well-appointed and a less than 8 minute walk from the airport. It shares a parking lot with a great restaurant too. Overall, this is a great spot to spend the night between flights.

I found the hotel to be very comfortable and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again when in Seattle it’s very convenient to the public transportation system at the airport, which saved me a good bit of money from having to stay Downtown and Downtown rates. The public transportation trains were very easy to navigate and cheap as I said I would definitely do it again. I had no minuses to report and the restaurant which is associated with the hotel, but actually not quite attached to the hotel was delightful and I had a lovely time there every time I went highly recommend.

Another quiet, comfortable stay at this hotel. We often choose coastal, because service is reliable and location near airport, excellent.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast options could use more variety.

We stay here when we arrive home from overseas trips. We like it because we can walk there (there is a shuttle and parking too), check in and drop off our stuff. We have dinner at Sharp's next door and then crash for the night. It's quiet and dark and we get a great night's sleep and a jump start on getting over jet lag.

This hotel is a ten minute walk to the airport. It is clean and the staff members are very helpful. Great place to stay before a cruise.

They were able to get us our room early and staff was great!! Shuttle was on time and driver was very friendly. Room was ok. AC worked great, bed very comfy but there was trash still in the room and mold in the tub/shower/closet setup. There is a reason only a couple photos of bathroom area.
