Breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and updated. Easy access to light rail train station and therefore downtown without driving.

The front desk staff were exceptional when it came to suggestions, information about the shuttles, and assistance with airport /cruise port transfers. Cleanliness, amenities, and comfort were as expected from this brand, but the service made this hotel stand out!

This hotel reminds me of an older motel that's been modified to resemble a hotel. I wouldn't say it's a 4 at all. Was it clean? Pretty much. Was there a shuttle? Yes, but it was always a very long wait (and they even forgot us once). Was there a view? Of the parking lot, so yes. The upside was the breakfast was your standard Hampton Inn, which is fine. For what we paid, it was just meh.

Ever since I stayed at this hotel, this is the only one I will stay in when commuting through Seattle!

The room was very clean, ready super early, and breakfast was great with a good variety. They also have free airport pick-up or drop off and had a very affordable transportation available to go to the port terminal.

Our room was clean and crisp. Newly remodeled. Comfortable beds and well functioning ac. Breakfast was great and met all family members varied tastes. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. We’d recommend and would stay here again without a second thought. We walked to light rail train station making public transit downtown and to various places for other activities easily accessible.
