Quality Inn SeaTac Airport-Seattle

"Quality inn" and they informed us then that it's a plain silver van, which we never saw either. He called again two more times and finally after over an hour and 15 mins we got picked up. We were very cold standing and waiting in the wind and we get to our room and the air conditioner is on. We turn it off and try to get heat, but the heat panel doesn't work. I went to take a bath to try to warm up and only lukewarm water. we had an early morning flight and needed a pick up at 6am. The front desk lady who was nice enough told us we could rely on him being there for our pick up. We show up 9 minutes before 6 and we see him drive off before 6am. The room had longish black hair everywhere, even the back of the door, sink, toilet and floor. the floor was filthy! I usually don't stay at Quality inns, but I booked this 2 months prior and I guess because of the World Cup all the hotels raised their prices and we knew we would only get a few hours of sleep and wanted to be near the airport and didn't want to spend $500. for a few hours. This room was $250.00.

Shuttle took a little bit. Little older hotel but kept up pretty good.

I asked for a wake up call and never received it!

The shuttle was very quick and the driver helpful. The breakfast was good.

The place was clean but the shower and sink needed the drains cleaned. They would fill up with and would take a while to drain. You would be standing in about 5 inches of water when taking a shower.

Our room was filthy. The building is old and not maintained. It’s ready for the bulldozer. The staff was really nice and the airport shuttle was prompt. Nice drivers.

Place was clean. Easy in and out. Close to SEA airport. Plumbing could have been better - from cold shower to toilet needing multiple flushes.

Got a room at the Quality Inn at SeaTac. The price seemed decent and just needed a place to stay the night before our flight home. Got there (could not back out that late) and the entire place just smelled bad. Each area had its own uniquely bad odor from the lobby, hall way to rooms, and the room itself. The place must have been built before St Helens erupted because the floors creaked loudly as you walked across. There was visible light all around the hotel room door. Kids were running across the creaky hallway floors at all hours. We heard every step from our upstairs neighbor who proceeded to stay up all night and walk around (not a joke). Was told we could catch a shuttle from the rental car place after turning in our car to Avis. Internet access required a secret web page to access but was not told or provided info on it. When talking to the clerk in the lobby, she simply said that it has been that way for years but she doesn’t tell anyone at check in. Just an awful experience.

I was put in the first floor during my stay so anytime someone walked through the lobby I could hear it. It was very loud between that and the other building noises. I have stayed here before and didn’t have this issue so this was a s bummer!

It was a place to sleep for the night. I would not return.

Very disappointed, we pick the stay just to have somewhere to go after our flight landed. We came to sleep and were scared to due to cleanliness and overall look of rooms. Room looked and smelled dirty, very limited amenities some almost empty. Dust on baseboards, headboards behind anything that moves, water damage in bathrooms, wet floor. We were stuck into the basement, where flooring was peelings and kids were tripping. Morning breakfast was terrible. If I could get a refund i would.

There were kids running in the hall and yelling at 7 am. There was no hot water.

Airport to hotel and back free. They also provide shuttle with port drop off for competitive price, if stay again I'd absolutely use their shuttle but I had already booked through viator, but had hiccup with viator on 1 of my 4 pickups and had to use Uber. The hotel shuttle is the way to get to port.

Older hotel. Lots of noise from airport, hwy. & water filter kept turning on. Carpet stains, old paint

Staff was excellent, location to airport is good, Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs & sausage. Room was very clean but there was a strong odor that was probably their sanitizing cleaner. We were in Rm 201. Just say NO. It is located right where all the foot traffic comes by: elevator, stairs, main hallway. NOISY room! The room door locked but didn't seal all around, so the room was bright all night from the outside hallway lights. I tried putting the ironing board and towels around the door jam to block the light but it didn't help much. We had a "cool" shower on Saturday morning and on Sunday the water got hot after running about 10 minutes.

Rooms were outdated and had window ac units that smelled musty. Shower had low water pressure

Staff very helpful. Thin wall and ceiling.

The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I really enjoyed the included breakfast. Good coffee 👍
