Clean & comfortable room. Bathroom was a big disappointment. Way to small. Shower only had a half of a door. No shelf space at all in the shower. No exhaust fan. No counter space by the sink.

Clean and near the airport. We had an early morning flight, so we really appreciated being able to use the free airport shuttle at 3:00 AM. Good variety of food at breakfast, both hot and cold options.

Great staff and wonderful shuttle to the airport

The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. These are small details, but they make a difference in a guest’s experience. Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the wonderful staff, and I hope the hotel considers improving these room amenities

Great Hotel Staff! Very nice Rooms and very clean. However Terrible experience with one of the Shuttle Driver. Hotel has in addition to Airport, they can take you to the train Stn close by. Well returning on Wednesday 6/24 2026 a Driver was claiming that he was not able to find us at the train station. Hotel Staff called us 3 times and we explained where we were ..at curbside of Train Stn, where they dropped us up in the morning. I even sent a picture. Finally the driver found us ..driving a Western van.., YELLING at us my Wife and my self claiming that I was a the wrong place. How that is possible, I said..regardless he continue yelling with his frustration. I said nothing else. I almost CXL the pick up but I did not. Upon arrival I made a report to the front desk staff explaining happened! They were very apologetic.,but I was very clear… the complaint was not for the hotel Staff..was for the Shuttle Driver.. extremely rude!!!! I mentioned.. I am the Customer and this is not acceptable, I been working in Aviation traveling in different cities and countries…I never have this kind of experience. Extremely disappointed. It was a great day at Seattle..extremely friendly people all over until we got this treatment. We took Lift next 2 days including trasport to the Airport. Not having bad experience with hotel shuttle any more!! Hotel Management to look into this, change the shuttle company. That is a disservice to your hotel!! Thank you. I am sorry very unlikely will be back. SG

Breakfast was very good, great variety and quality. The wheelchair accessibility was exactly what we were promised. The only issue we had was the door the elevator shut too quickly and hard on our wheelchair and broke a piece of the chair. Also, the pricing seemed high but that could be because of World Cup.

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The bed was so comfortable and the hotel offered lots of amenities. We had an early flight out and they had breakfast bags ready to go for us.

This hotel was nice. It has a typical hot hotel breakfast. It was ok. I would stay here again if I need to be near the airport.
