Not good value.

The staff did not make you confident especially when they said the elevator was out, had been out for over a week. They did offer to cancel the reservation but where else would we stay??? The staff was very slow, at first one woman, then another oblivous staff member came out. We waited a very long time, used the bathroom off their lobby, there was no toilet paper. They could not find a room on the first, second or third floors. We had booked room in advance and had driven 2 plus hours to get to hotel, so there was not any other hotel we could go to. We took the room and they did offer to help bring our bags up the four flights of stairs. The experience was not cost effective but at least we were able to find a place for dinner in the area had a shuttle to the airport the next day.

Good staff. Rooms could be more clean.

We had to wait 35min for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Hotel is 8-10min drive. Checked in, found out elevator didn't work, because they had no permit. Our room type 2 double beds are only on the 4th floor(top floor). Front desk said they can bring our luggage, but he was the only worker and he was checking in people. We carried our own luggage, as we needed to be somewhere. Did not like their breakfast, no hot items....bread, oranges, muffins, cereal, yogurt....Please add some hot items...eggs, sausage....

Amazing staff and appreciated. One small gripe was the outlet near bathroom mirror looked to be blown.
-
Bed and space inside was fine, Elevator was under repair and all rooms were in 4th floor, going up and down was a pain, breakfast had limited options.
-
I am handicapped and was supposed to be on the 1st floor but instead was on the 3rd floor and the elevator didn't work!
-
I flew in for a cruise and they offered airport shuttle which I needed. I needed to go back to airport next morning to meet daughter who was flying in so we could take transportation together to get to cruise port
-
Very helpful staff Elevator out of order Frugal breakfast, so if you really that hungry at that time of the day , there are a couple of places in walking distance
-
No sirve el acensor, esperaba que en el desayuno tuvieran alguna proteina. Pero la limpieza fue exelente.
-
Though beware of the breakfast, it is only muffins, cereal, basic coffee.

The front desk attendant was the only positive interaction I had as she took the matter seriously and put me in a new room. Though I still didn’t sleep because you can hear everything from the hallways and the room above. Multiple crashing sounds from other guests. Would have rather slept in my tiny rental car.

On the plus side, the staff was very helpful. The room was basic but clean. The ac worked great. On the negative side, the elevator was out of order. The staff carried my luggage up 3 flights of stairs and when I was leaving, they carried it down. I'm older but walking up 3 flights was doable. The soap for the bath was very tiny but the shower itself was great.
-
Pubic hair on the sink, elevators didn’t work, front desk person talking socially to another guest while I was waiting at 1230 am to check in. Generally run down feeling. Bed was comfortable though.

Great place before a cruise
-
The quality of rooms was horrible for the pricey charge during World Cup. The hotel is old and tired. The amenities like soap and shampoo were almost nonexistent. The elevator didn’t work. The coffee was as bad as horrible as coffee could be. Our room was $300. I was thoroughly disappointed.
-
Nothing No elevator for room on fourth floor we had to carry luggage all the way down
-
The room had a old dirty odor to it, there was hair in the shower, the furniture was old and tired, the breakfast was a joke. the air conditioning unit was so loud you had to leave it off at night.
-
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The morning shuttle service was reliable. The front desk person told us that the shuttle service would pick us up from the car rental drop off place, if we called to say the location. The shuttle service person initially said that was fine, but then told us that was not actually possible. We ended up walking to the hotel from the car rental place at the airport.

The elevator was not working and Ty’s room was in 4th floor.
