There are no laundry services, something to keep in mind

I sold $750 extra charge on my credit card statements. After long time hold on the phone the staff hotel told that the amount is incidental charges and we need to wait a few days to a week to see if the charges are credited back. The hotel staff couldn't exactly explain about the extra charges.

Clean place and great staff. The breakfast was overrated and is not worth the $20.00. Most of the time it's were missing. Some times the coffee pots are empty or some of the breads are missuing. One time, we couldn't find a spoon.

One of yhe elevators was broken the first week I was there, so it was slow getting to the 111th floor. My king room was great! They were changing over their security system to the cloud and my room key kept stop working multiple times. Overall the staff was very helpful and friendly. Great location walking distance to Pike’s Market and the Space needle.

I loved the AC Hotel for the cleanliness and staff most. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Specifically, Kobe was wonderful. He was attentive and engaging. The bar was pretty, and the staff was efficient. It's a wonderful hotel for resting after a busy day.

    Room is clean

Decent neighborhood, but hotel itself was nicely kept. Staff was polite and courteous. Parking situation was not ideal. There's very little street parking and the only parking at the hotel is valet only. I got a message from the hotel through Expedia about getting a discount from the public parking lot across the street and was told that that was very outdated. Would've been nice to have known that before hand. Instead, I had to use their overnight valet parking for $65 per night. Valet service itself is nice at least. Bathroom was very clean, but the shower clogged after washing my hair once.

Stayed 2 times, about 10 days apart (before and after cruise). To be fair, this was right before FIFA World Cup start. Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed both times, lines were backing up at check in / check out times and the single elevator out of service didn’t help. The hotel has 2 elevators, one was out of commission during both stays. Housekeeping uses a reverse open door, but the same elevators with a priority lockout. In effect, staff was bumping guest for priority. Several times during second stay, the mandatory card key system failed to register and passengers could not ascend to their floors. The elevator would “take the code” then do nothing. Several groups were escorted to the stairs. Not acceptable for a 10+ story hotel that is in the $300 range. Breakfast was pre heated buffet. Value is debatable. Parking at $65.00 a day is inline with urban Seattle. The actual rooms were nice and modern but getting there was more of a challenge than it should have been. Plus: Hydration + ice machine should be in ALL HOTELs to cut down disposable plastic use. Great innovation!

    Exceptional

The common space was pleasant to stay in. The decoration, furniture, and bathroom of the room. The location was perfect to access various parts of the city. Despite being close to a main highway, the hotel did not get much noise. The hotel's cleaning service commitments were appalling. Apparently, the hotel cleans the room every other day. This policy was not communicated through Booking to start with. Yet, I got a cleaning service only once in 6 days. Furthermore, the hotel manager was unable to secure cleaning after my first complaint. Even sending towels to the room as promised was not secured. For a room whose price oscillates between $240 and $350 per night during my stay, I don't consider it good practice. A compensation of 100$ does not match the reputational damage to the hotel and the chain.

The breakfast area and coffee stations were lovely and lobby seating area was comfortable. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They accepted our bags early, since we could not check in until 3, through concierge service. Our room was quite small with very little walking space between the beds and bench lining the wall. For the price I would have expected a larger room. Location was not close to any restaurants or shopping, however the bus stop is very close to the entrance so not a total negative.

My mother-in-law was coming up to the room. She was getting onto the elevator and he goes in there and says are you going to such in such room? She said yes that he just hands her the towels and runs off the elevator never says anything else. The breakfast was $22 and it was not worth $22. I was supposed to have complementary breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.

    1. There's only one working elevator in the entire hotel. 2. The room did not have wash clothes and only had 1/2 roll toilet tissue. I called down at check-in to request these items, they never came. The next day I had to call twice before the final brought the items. 3. At check in I used my debit card to pay. I was charged the cost of the room plus $100 deposit. On the day of check out, I was charged (AFTER I CHECKED OUT) an additional $100 deposit. I spoke to 3 different front desk reps and they each gave me a different story. Needless to say, my receipt said my room total was $493.26 and I ended up with $693.26 hold on my card. Which I'll have to wait at least a week to get both deposits back.
