AC Hotel by Marriott Seattle Downtown

Not clean and poor service

Very good hotel. An issue no have is, one can only use their key card to only access their floor and room. One can not move to another floor to visit possible family or friend (s) if they are staying there but can't get on the same floor. For me and the guests I were with, that was an issue for all of us.

Wonderful clean hotel and friendly stuff. Convenient location ! Our stay was amazing! We will come back in the future .

The sheets and bed protectors had a lot of crumbs and hairs in it. I routinely check for bed bugs. They switched me rooms and the second room had no crumbs but still had some hairs throughout it. The bath towel also had a large yellow stain, the one that is used to put on the floor. And the bed protector had a purple red stain on it that was tucked under the bed. I feel they should just throw away those type of things and use new ones because it left me feeling that hotel was very dirty and not well maintained by housekeeping.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I misjudged the location of the hotel. It’s in the South Lake Union vs. Belltown area which was where I wanted to be.

Everything was great

We arrived at approximately 5:30 p.m., and our room was still not ready. The front desk associate was very friendly and apologized for the delay, offering us complimentary breakfast the following morning, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was even more disappointing. The hotel appeared to be fully booked, yet there was only one staff member responsible for the entire breakfast area. As a result, there was virtually no food available. The coffee, milk, juice, and hot food had all run out, and every table was covered with dirty dishes and leftovers from previous guests. We waited over 30 minutes for items to be replenished, but eventually decided to leave and have breakfast elsewhere. In addition, one of the elevators was out of service while the hotel was at full capacity, leading to long wait times throughout our stay. The water fountain on our floor was also out of service, and the hotel was unable to provide bottled water as an alternative. Overall, the biggest issue seemed to be severe understaffing. The employees we interacted with were courteous and did their best, but there simply weren't enough of them to provide the level of service expected from a Marriott property. Basic services took far too long, and the overall guest experience suffered because of it.

Parking is basically a competitive sport in downtown Seattle 😂, but Yama was amazing and helped us navigate it flawlessly. Would absolutely stay here again. Clean hotel, great location, wonderful service!

Very close to every point in Downtown (20-25 min walk) We arrived to the hotel after check in time and had to wait for 30min for the room to be ready.

When we were checking into the hotel we were treated and helped by Stefanie. She was so helpful and accommodating. She helped arrange a situation we had with booking through Expedia. She also gave us recommendations around the city. Very nice hotel and great location
