Great accommodations, convenient location, and friendly and helpful staff.

There is no daily housekeeping service. So no emptied trash. No replenished coffee. No replenished toilet paper. When we asked for sheets for the sofa bed, they were not delivered. We did get them directly from a housekeeper, but the lack of service was disappointing. The amenities were nice, but for the added service charge of $38/day I’d expect more, at least from the housekeeping side of things. The building is also at the top of a hill so Jo matter where you go, there’s a steep hill down, then back up. Location was okay in between space needle and parks, but far from the baseball game we’d traveled for.

Level offers a good option for downtown Seattle stays with more space than a hotel room and some nice amenities for families but has really poor customer service. Emails to the property before arrival were unanswered. There is limited staff who seem overburdened and very little attention to details. Rooms are not well stocked (and smell strongly of cleaner). We had 2 towels for a family of 5 and towels are not available at the pools. No bedding in the room for the pull out couch bed. Waited hours for the bedding to be delivered after multiple requests. No food options on-site other than a vending machine. We had delays at check-in and our key card didn't work to get out of the garage. The place is large so getting around takes time and is a bit of a maze, and you better bring your key card because every access point requires it from every elevator ride up or down, restroom, the gate between pool and patio, garage doors to the elevators, etc.

Amazing stay! The hotel was absolutely awesome from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Everything was well taken care of, and the atmosphere was perfect. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Only one small thing I had a problem with. Check in was at 4pm but room wasn't ready till 7pm. Still deserves 5 stars!!

What a wonderful two day stay

The master bed was a good size So disappointed in stay. 4:00 is check-in time , arrived at time only to today room was not ready. Concert we were attending was at 5:30. Said we could use amenity room had to use poll locker room floor was wet. Left luggage in storage. Was called at 5:30 to say room was ready. Checked in after concert no help with bags 2 bedroom one 1 bedroom was a size of closet. 1 person slept on fold out couch. No sheets had to go to desk to get sheets. Told gad to check out at 11:00 no late checkout. We booked in April in a recommendation. Was told by manager on duty she would get back to us as we wanted a refund of some of price we paid as were felt we didn’t get the value we paid. No calls yet. I emailed them and no response yet!
