La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seattle Downtown

Good location, walkable to most places, if you can walk 15 minutes or more. Inexpensive cab or uber to popular places.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were polite and professional. Overall good.

Was a great place to stay!

Good location to stay before a cruise. It was a little run down but decent enough and clean. The sofa sleeper was really uncomfortable and the pillows were in dire need of replacing. Staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of items.

Breakfast was great. Laurence is very helpful and polite all the time. However, Isaac from the front desk is the complete opposite as Isaac looks like he does not like his job. He gets irritated when things is getting busy, he looks irritated and starts to become rude with guests with the way he communicates and by being rude in answering questions. I think he should not be suited to be in the front desks dealing with guests. Thanks for taking action in retraining Isaac to improve his guest service, especially when dealing with luggages. He should not be commanding guests to put their luggages in the cart so it’s ready for him to keep it in a room for safekeeping while waiting for an early check in/out.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, quiet and secure property. The front desk employee was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area and recommendations of places to see and eat at. Room was very clean and quiet. And the free breakfast offered a wide selection of choices and was quite good! Highly recommend!

Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast options were good. The only negative I have to say is the staff member who was to stock and do the work for breakfast was horrible. He was rude and told my husband “move” so he could walk and place some granola bars. Minus the breakfast guy, this is a great place to stay.

Staff was very polite, breakfast was good, rooms were very clean. Will be staying again.

When asked about it the manager lied and said it was an issue with Xfinity and they would call them. Of course the printed channel lineup did not have Fox on it. We could have stayed at a flea bag hotel and gotten Fox. The shower head also had a leaked and sprayed water all over the bathroom. They had a big sign in the bathroom explaining that the inner curtain had to be inside the tub and the outer curtain had to be outside the tub. Of course we only had one curtain. Walls and tiles were damaged as well. The positive is it is a very good location.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and super helpful, breakfast was ok. Limited healthy options. Gym was a little shabby and but had a bench, dumbbells & a treadmill. The hotel transportation was amazing!!!
