Great location you can walk to many locations. They offer a shuttle for a fee to the cruise ports. Room was clean and quiet. Nice free breakfast.

Customer service was great when I had trouble with my room, but I booked through a third-party so it was hard for them to help me Air conditioner was broke wouldn’t work by 1 o’clock in the morning. It was 76° in the room when I’m used to sleeping in 66° or less and they couldn’t get me a new room because it was completely full.

Parking is tight! And not secure. Worrisome for what you pay. Front desk seemed bother to be checking us in. At night could hear all the alley conversations through window. Room was clean, bed decent.
