Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Seattle Downtown/Seattle Center

First time to Seattle. Teenage daughter wanted to go to pike place the most. Parking is tight everywhere. We drove down to the market the first day, inconvenient. We used the scooters the next, made it so much better to get around especially with all the hills. Seattle is definitely a walk or ride scooter/bike friendly and makes it so much more enjoyable. Hotel pricey for what it is but all about location. Would do it again for location.

The staff was very accommodating. We embarked from a cruise. Our rooms were not ready yet so they stored our luggage until our rooms were ready. They also provided places to go to check out and enjoy.

AC was broken when we checked into our room. Air temperature 56F. Maintenance man fixed the problem but took a while to warm up. Parking spaces very narrow.

I would definitely come here again.

Need to provide water bottle in the room on the first day

There were many other restaurants that they could have suggested. I saw a dinner concert at the Triple Door, the food was great but the staff didn’t know about the place. We did get a 1:00 checkout which was very helpful.

This is what every hotel stay should be like. The staff was so helpful in making us feel comfortable and informing us of what to do in the area. They went out of their way to help us several times. In particular Lupita, Kennery, and Mahdi. We had limited interaction with Samir but he was pleasant as well. The breakfast area was delicious. It was kept clean and fresh. The rooms were also very clean and the cleaning staff kept up with it. We interacted with some of the cleaning staff and they we kind and helpful as well. We could not have asked for a better stay!

N/A Hotel staff is not at all helpful. Despite modifying booking they do not return the booking refund. Before leaving the premises hotel staff confirmed booking amount and additional charges incurred will be refunded in 1-2 days. But it is been a month they are not responsive
