The Dylan, a Baymont by Wyndham

While the room was clean, the amenities were lacking. The breakfast wasn't anything special & the room could definitely be updated. It appeared that most things were jerry-rigged and that the bathroom was not well kept. The staff was nice, however.

Not what we were expecting. It’s a motel, not a hotel.

Solid location and walkable to all of the downtown highlights. Staff was super nice and free parking was a great perk. Property is up and coming, but still has a way to go. If you’re not expecting luxury, this place should suit your needs just fine!

The hotel was being redone , I was in a not redone room . But super clean ! Office staff was super great !!!great area !!!! I would recommend staying here ! Because they were redoing rooms as I was there and they looked great ! Also great location and great staff!

Clean room. Parking included so close to everything.

Free parking and a half decent continental breakfast with boiled eggs, oatmeal, yummy, chocolate, croissants, bananas, and Yoplait yogurt. The location is phenomenal and if you just need a halfway decent bed to sleep on in a great location for a phenomenal price, this is the hotel for you. If you're a Primadonna and I need a fancy bed or big room, look elsewhere.

I picked the Dylan because the website shows a suite with a couch in a separate space of the bed. We reserved 2 rooms, they were on separate floors the 2nd and 3rd and the elevator was out of order. We entered our room and it was not the room I expected. It was approximately 12'x11' and the bathroom was tiny a single wall mounted sink with no where to place personal items. The bedroom had a narrow desk at the end of the bed with an office chair that was squeezed in the space. The blinds were light filtering not blackout. The desk clerk wasn't sure our coffee maker worked and there was only 1 cup used for brushing teeth. Besides all the unexpected items, it was clean, the sheets were fresh and the bathroom was outdated but clean. As we were checking out, we saw into a room that looked like the suite I expected. We just didn't get that room. If your looking for a place to crash for a night it works, but nothing fancy. There is a donut shop 2 doors down with coffee and breakfast that I recommend.

Staff was really helpful I probably talked to 4 different people each as helpful as the previous one. It was quick check in had a great choice in room and was so nicely located too a lot of stuff. Most importantly it was close to the 1 line from the airport

This should be a WAAAY cheaper hotel room - it was not anything that I would expect from a Wyndham property. The best part was Top Hat Donut next door. They had fabulous coffee and donuts.

Cheap and simple, but great location. Spent one night before our cruise there, and because of the location had a great opportunity to see the city highlights in one day.

I am so frustrated and frankly, mad about my stay at The Dylan. I tried for two days to call them ahead of my stay, no answer at the front desk. Upon check in, there was no hand soap, no shampoo, no plug for the tub, no outlet in the bathroom. Called the front desk from the phone in the room three times, no answer. Went to the office, and was offered an extension cord for the bathroom. Went to shower, and there is a vent in the shower with exposed wiring. No available do not disturb sign and housekeeping tried to enter my at 8 AM without knocking and completely unclothed. I will be in touch with Expedia about a refund.

It is a motel, not a hotel. Pictures did not match. Elevator was not working. Bathroom was not updated. Window didn't lock. BUT location is perfect, place was clean, price was great, we got late check out for free, breakfast had some fruit and we had what we needed.
