Clean, nice, friendly staff, convenient location for walking to tourist activities. Parking was expensive and was not expecting the extra cost. It is a nice parking garage.

Clean room and helpful staff

5 hours after check in. We had to be somewhere at 8pm and 6 of us had to share a room to get ready. Not fun They blamed it on low staff
-
Great hotel, but there were no power outlets accessible from the desk!!
-
Accomodated our request to have microwave in the room.

Staff was excellent!

Low water pressure, coffee machine did not work, a/c very noisy, outlet in bathroom did not work, thermostat would not switch to heat.

Woke up to the a/c not working in our room, it was 80 degrees! Someone came up to fix it and was there for over 2 hours. He had to take the entire ceiling out of the bathroom so we had to use a restroom on another floor. We had to wait for him to be done so we could get ready to explore the city. In the meantime we went for a truly bland, over priced breakfast at the hotel since we couldn't get dressed to go out or anything. Upstairs the air conditioner was finally fixed but there was construction/ceiling dust on everything in the bathroom, the toilet was full of dirt and there were even just random screws left on the floor. We were happy to be in the A/C and decided to take a nap since we had slept so poorly in the 80 degree room. We were woken up because the repair person also left behind their walkie talkie and we heard a call over it saying one of the elevators was stuck between floors with guests in it. I rushed it down to the front desk to return it since it sounded like an emergency, the guy at the front desk barely acknowledged when I explained why I was returning the staff walkie talkie and that there were people stuck in the elevator. He seemed genuinely unconcerned about anything. They never offered to move us or any refund for missing a large part of our 1 free day in the city. Positives; The 2 women working the front desk when we checked in were great, professional and friendly. The bartender was also very nice and pro but the rest of the staff was not.

Very nice! Great time!

So fun!
-
Room was esthetically beautiful, not your cookie-cutter sterile business hotel. Unfortunately due to our time restraints, we had to leave the property each morning prior to when they started serving breakfast.
-
Location was great. Centrally located and close to everything!
-
The staff was excellent!
