Small room but it was clean and nice

Rooms are strange but kind of cool. Everything Operators off an iPad….Everything. The room was small but laid out well. The staff was awesome! The bar was great.

The lighting in the hallway is red and black which is scary for us.

Location is excellent! Super clean! Very techy! Only downside is the size of the room. Not enough space for two adults. Perfect for a solo traveler.

Clean and modern, small room but perfect for a quick couple of nights. Staff was friendly and helpful but not overbearing. The ironing room was a nice surprised and helped us out in a pinch while getting ready for a wedding. Location was fantastic, walkable distance to great coffee shops, book stores and restaurants. Would stay here again for sure.

Everyone was great help especially getting a cab to the airport. Love the 24/7 food bar.

Great place to have a vacation. Clean, staff was very friendly and when I wanted to rebook for a extra 2 days was very easy

Just be aware that the rooms are very small, basically the size and function of rooms on a cruise ship. There is a fridge in the room which is great. People are extremely nice. There is NO parking on sight and it is not connected with a parking lot. So we had to park at a parking garage .5 miles away. It worked well but the walk was through a bit of a rough area when you don't know the area. Hotel was good, clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The room was nice and clean but incredibly small. The cruise ship cabin was much larger. Not sure I would stay there again unless I was traveling alone as the crawling over each other to get to bathroom in middle of night isn’t much fun. It is very conveniently located right on the corner and across from the ferry dock. My only complaint of the place is the room size.

It was also exceptionally clean, and breakfast was also very good too! Location was perfect as we attended a baseball game and were able to take a quick 10 minute walk to get there! Definitely will stay here again!

Location Breakfast too expensive

The location was close to everything and I felt very safe. The breakfast was well worth the price.

Didn't like the self check in. Error message 'room was not ready' needed manual correction. Possibly a software error.

Everything automated with little staff aside from check in and out time. No cups in room for water. Very dark in hallways makes it difficult to get around.
