Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Seattle/Northgate

During breakfast, while carrying two dishes with both hands, I accidentally dropped a plastic fork on the floor. I planned to pick it up afterward, but a staff member immediately walked over to me and asked me if I was going to pick it up. Honestly, I have never experienced anything like this at a hotel before. Overall, the hotel itself was good, with a convenient location and a generally clean and well-maintained property. However, the dirty carpet in my room, extra parking fee for an unsecured parking area, and the experience with the staff could have been better.

Have a bigger sign to help find the hotel.

I didn’t like the fact that I had to pay for parking.

Good place to live! bus , train in walking distance. Less traffic, cleaner sidewalks. Few unwanted scenarios in bus/ train stops , same as everywhere in USA’s busy cities , don’t want to mention. You will see when you get here. Best wishes for the Seattle, would love to live some time in my life time.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast is nice but quite crowded. There is no longer a hot tub in the pool area.

The area is not super convenient to access nearby restaurants because the sidewalks and connections from the hotel to the the service areas are under construction and/or blocked to make it easily walkable from the hotel.

The bed slept really well and the free breakfast was great!

We drove our EV cross country for CA to Seattle, WA to visit our son and booked to stay at Hampton Inn, Northgate. Love the place. Staff were very friendly and professional from the moment we checked in, our room was always serviced, hot breakfast was great

Always clean and quiet despite being near i5. So very convenient to be near the lite rail. Stayed here many times and always consistently clean and great staff.

For a basic motel this place did perfect. Excellent, helpful, and efficient staff. Location is a two minute walk from the light rail which connects to the airport, PiKe Place Market and can generally removes the need for a car in the eattle area. One concern was how close it was to the overpass but it was extremely quiet.

I love the coffee offered 24 hours a day. There is no weighing scale.

Clean too. And just a short walk to/from the Light Rail - to SEA/TAC Airport. Will return.
