Nice stay!

The staff is very nice. The breakfast is adequate. It’s amazing that the traffic isn’t heard when the windows are closed.

Property was clean and maintained very well. Free breakfast was sufficient. The temperature in the room was not able to get as cool as I would like. It was a little uncomfortable since Seattle was in the middle of a heat wave at the time.

I believe the hotel has 6 floors, and the rooms are quiet and very clean. They have an extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming staff, Many options -hot/cold cereal, bagels, eggs, waffle maker, etc for breakfast. The breakfast eating area and lobby are welcoming, bright, and spacious. You'll find hot water and coffee self-serve throughout the day. We appreciated the attentive and knowledgeable staff, well-lit premises, and very clean rooms. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute drive to shopping and train service.

This is the second time our family has stayed here. Its proximity to Downtown Seattle (~16 minutes) and proximity to one of our favorite Hawaiian restaurants (Kona Kitchen) makes it an ideal area for us. Northgate/Maple Leaf are quiet, family residential communities with nearby Catholic churches and parks for the kids. The hotel itself has plentiful parking. Check in first so you can use your key card to access their large, private, well-lit parking garage. Breakfast is a 4/5 in that the cereal selection was a bit lacking for the kids, but oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, 2% milk and almond milk about. Seating is spacious. The rooms themselves are spacious and very clean. Ours had a microwave and mini fridge. Staff are super helpful at the front desk and through text. Pool is a little cold and takes getting used to, but kids had so much fun. The icing on the cake was that we completely forgot a bunch of clothes in the hideaway closet after checking out. When we texted the hotel, they immediately sent us a lost and found report to fill out. Our items were found within the hour and are being shipped back to us. Our stay was spectacular on all accounts! This is a great, family friendly hotel for a quick getaway in Seattle. Thank you Hampton Inn Northgate!!

Been a long time since I showed up to a name brand hotel that was properly maintained. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Northgate Hampton Inn! The location was perfect - so close to the Link station. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was clean and so nice, and the daily breakfast was a bonus. I'd recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone who wants to be close to downtown without the traffic, city noises, etc. It was great!!

Room 324 can be very noisy at times. Sounded like the sewer pipe was right inside our wall next to the bed, so when people flushed a toilet it made a very loud sound for about a minute.

Clean and simple. Breakfast was excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. The shared sliding door to closet and bathroom was lame.

Had a great stay. I am a repeat customer. Friendly staff. Breakfast, pool area and room was clean and well stocked. Looking forward to upgrades which I was told are coming next year. Need to work on the bathroom water pressure and temperature on the upper floors. New hot tub coming too!
