Staff were amazing! They have a little marker with snacks and frozen meals to buy. Nice size pool with many chairs in the pool deck. Nice workout space too. Room was large, comfortable. My only complaint is that it was a shower only, no tub. Can make traveling with small children a bit harder. Great location, walkable to target and many restaurants, as well as a cinema. Parking is paid nightly in the garage across the way, and can be paid for at the front desk for convenience.

One of the fanciest hotels I have ever stayed in. The room felt more like a condo or an apartment than a hotel. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Great location, it was close to Seattle. 10/10 would recommend and would come back.

The staff have been amazing since I walked in the door... my mother and I had never been here before and we live in Florida... easy check in and got us checked in earlier than our reservation time as we just got off a cruise ship and tired from our travels... blown away from the room views and customer service... was even given a map to walking distance restaurants

Not one complaint! The room was amazing for our family of 5! The staff was amazing and getting us whatever we needed. Everyone was super friendly. Honestly the best hotel experience we ever had! Breakfast in the morning was good! Parking is not far at all!

The hotel staff said if was because it was filled a fully booked hotel for the weekend of the world cup. The breakfast was not usable, no clean plates, silverware, and food trays were empty. Soap dispenser in the shower was broken. Pool was closed for maintenance. Looks good on the outside but the service and facilities was lacking.

Breakfast was ok not much variety, location was great. Noisy room because close to train line, tv volume kept going off.

Superb

Huge room, huge kitchen, huge TV. Comfy bed. Very comfy stay. Convenient to get to from the city on the light rail. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Mini convenience store in the lobby. Lake view room did not have a lake view - overlooked the light rail. Hotel provides ear plugs because of the noise of the light rail. We slept fine with ear plugs in and weren't disrupted by the light rail. Price was exorbitant because of the world cup.
