We’re locals (Tacoma) and stayed here to go to the Seahawks game since our baby sitter lives up north. Great breakfast. Expensive parking $30/day but typical for the area. The mall next door is $24/day but resets at 2am.

Stayed here during outpatient surgery. Not only are the rooms big and clean, with everything you could need while recuperating, but their staff was incredibly kind and supportive. Their breakfasts were delicious, and they let me keep my dog off leash, even gave her a little bandana because she was so good! All in all, a great hotel.

Helpful staff

I liked everything about this place! Beautiful (and surprisingly quiet) rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, easy parking, roomy shower, nightlight in the bathroom, comfy bed, quiet cooling, nice little snack shop in the lobby, delicious coffee — pure pleasure! A great place to hang with family; even dog-friendly!

Upon checking in, the staff was very helpful and nice! Our room was perfect and spacious for our family of 5. All teens had their space and the extra mirrors for the girls were very appreciated. The kitchen in the room was well cleaned and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also great. Tailored to kids, to adults and to those who just need some protein and coffee. Everyone was happy!

Good stay

Rooms are clean.

This was my second stay here. they initially tried to give me a room facing the rail. I would not recommend it. It’s not calming at all even if they give you earplugs. It’s just something jarring if you had a long stressful day.

The beds are very firm and not comfortable. The other furniture was also very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving at around 1 am, because we could not get comfortable enough to sleep.

Great hotel. Excellent location

We got in late for us and the manager had his bag and was leaving. He saw us and stopped to help us before leaving.

Excellent stay all around, definitely recommend!

The studio rooms are designed well and the lighting between all the spaces is easily managed. The bed was very comfortable and there were pillows for everyone’s taste. All the small items needed to wash the dishes and run the dishwasher were available under the kitchen sink. The front desk staff were extremely courteous and helpful when I asked for extra hangers and other requests for my extended stay. Whenever I’m in the Seattle area, I’m definitely counting this as my first lodging option since everything was better than expected, parking super close and convenient, not to mention the light rail station is steps from the property. Definitely recommend!
-
It was a comfortable, new hotel, but the room would heat up whenever sunlight hit the window. I chose it for its proximity to the mall, only to find the old mall closed and the new one still under construction—leaving nothing else around, which was disappointing. Also, the kitchen tap only dispensed hot water; I contacted the front desk, but since it was late at night, I was told it would be addressed the next day—yet no one ever came.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room & comfy bed. Breakfast was really good. Couch pull-out bed was just ok - not super comfy. But overall, it was a really nice room, clean, great experience, & nice hotel!
