Great hotel and service

Clean room, awesome breakfast, great food and drinks at the bar. Only negative experience was 1 elevator was out of order, during the World Cup. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was great! Staff were happy and welcoming! Rooms were clean. Did not use pool or hot tub. Enjoyed our stay and will book again!

We had a great stay. Staff are very accomodating especially Ms Ruby. Kids had fun swimming too. Location is very good as it is located infront of Lake Unionz

What we did not like: The building inside and out is dated. Decor is predictable and tired. No soap for dishwasher. Ice maker in our refrigerator did not work. Thermostats don’t control temperature, only fan speed. Garage is terrible.

The hotel, service and installations were as expected. The parking lot was limited but we managed. The huge surprise, was the fact that the parking cost had a 25% added cost to what was published and/or disclosed on my reservation's fine print, This is totally unacceptable. I believe when the charge will be in the range of +25% which needless to say is a lot, this must be also disclosed before the reservation is completed and not upon arrival.

The view of Lake Union from our 5th floor room was fantastic and the hotel is close to many restaurants and activities.

Staff was friendly and really helpful Room was a bit tired. Fridge was noisy

Clean room, we liked that the pool closes at 11 pm and the included breakfast in the morning. Great location with lake view rooms.

Waffles and sides excellent Everything was wonderful

Our best stay was at this Residence Inn after a week of PacNW college touring! Incredible rooms, fantastic staff, and a balcony view overlooking the lake was the cherry on the cake. This is our go to place moving forward. 10/10!

Overlooking lake union The breakfast was awful. Quite busy and everything was empty. There were two waffle machines both were empty. Milk was empty for coffee. They didn’t keep up with refilling items

10/10 hotel as soon as I got there I knew it was the best choice for us. It was our birthday weekend we were going to a few things in the city so it was in a good location. Sunsets our gorgeous, breakfast was bigger then expected 10/10, allday coffee.

We had a great stay overall and would recommend this property to families looking for a relaxing vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was smooth, and the property was clean and well maintained throughout our visit.

I was extremely disappointed with the bar at the hotel. That was such a pitiful place and l had no idea before booking my reservation it would be so small and not have decent appetizers. You have to do better especially for having Chandlers across the street. Just not what we expected. Your located in South lake union

I also highly recommend the swimming pool and hot tub area; everything was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect way to unwind. ​I highly recommend this hotel for its great hospitality and comfort, and I will definitely stay here again.
