Staff were very helpful on checkin and checkout. Very pleasant experience.

Breakfast was good and the balcony was a nice addition.

Staff were so friendly, breakfast is always nice. Main dish changes everyday and they always have waffle, bagel and bread and pastry. Parking stalls a bit small for a van or truck. Front of the hotel is a streetcar and a bus waiting area. malls, groceries and other POI nearby the hotel

But it was delicious and included!! The indoor pool and jacuzzi was obviously a hit for the kiddos! And Next to it was a game room that had foosball, air hockey, and a couple other games. Super cool! Our room was very nice! Large and spacious with a kitchenette stocked with utensils and full sized fridge. We had a balcony with a view of the water. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Last minute weekend stay for us. Room was great, our son loved the pool and game room and the breakfast had a nice variety. Right on the bus line and bike route.

The location was nice, by the lake. The lobby is amazing looking. Our one bedroom king suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. I thought the parking for $41/night was pretty steep, but this is my first visit to Seattle and I don't know how that compares to other hotels. I like Residence Inn for their extensive breakfast buffet. Both mornings we got down to breakfast about 45 minutes before closing and both mornings it seemed like some food items already had run out or weren't being replenished, plates were in short supply. Maybe they were short staffed?

Our family stayed here for the torch light parade. We had a wonderful time. The staff were kind, our room was amazing, and the kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. Definitely will come back.

Love the atrium dining. Great breakfast offerings. Staff are super friendly and welcoming.

If you are going to give guests with status late check out…great. But, when you have guest checking in at four and late checkout, checking out at four you should at least notify your incoming guests that they cannot get into the room for another hour while it is being cleaned! Horrible customer service for someone that isn’t a guest with status!
