Overall a great place with a highly enjoyable location. I loved that it was in a quiet part of town, but had enough around it to grab a bite, a grocery, or a coffee. Overall very clean space and felt modern. My favorite part of coming into the hotel is that there was delicious lemon water and cucumber water ready at any hour of the day. First hotel I've come across that consistently maintained access to a flavored water option. The stay wasn't perfect. The peloton bike was down without an out of order sign. I don't love that you can't access the Staybridge door on the Mercer entrance even with a key card. Though these were minor inconveniences at best. Also, the organization of the breakfast station is a mess. Bread one area, cream cheese elsewhere, plate another place. Could definitely use some reorganization. Though once again, minor inconvenience. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and kind and always available to help. We used the complimentary laundry service which was excellent. Bring your own detergent or purchase at the front desk. You can tell there is care for the facility and things are well managed. Park in P3 that way you can access the elevator. The room was fully stocked with plates and cutlery. Super easy to get to get water and transit was easy to find a block or two away maybe less depending on where you were going. It was strange only 3 of everything was available in the room when its max 4 occupancy with two adults, two kids. The kitchen plates and cutlery was 3 of everything.

Great breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast time 07:30 is late for activities in the day. 07:30 is late for early appointments. Had to leave for airport before we could have breakfast the 2nd day.

Great place to stay for a Seattle visit. The staff was amazing!

They kindly held our luggage while we explored the city before check in. Ok location, Uber/Lyft had trouble locating us multiple times, and kind of a tricky intersection. Hotel itself was great, breakfast was a bonus for sure, plenty of options and a soda machine with Coke and Diet Coke! Nice entry with flavored waters on ice, pretty private courtyard.

Poor

The dual hotel concept was confusing. They were understaffed and/or overwhelmed with the volume of guests. There were three elevators but they could not seem to handle the demand of the hotel and we ended up taking the stairs with all our luggage because the wait was so long. Doors to the parking garage from the stairs were locked. The room was great though.

Parking was challenging for visitors, breakfast was good, rooms comfortable and quiet.

The hotel overall is very clean, and the room was very comfortable and convenient for the family. The room was spacious. The only issue that we had is that there was not a stand to place the suitcases and we had to leave them on the floor. The staff in the reception were very nice and attentive.

Staff ! They were all Amazing The Breakfast crew were Amazing and tentative, busy and so friendly I had told the front desk attendant we wanted room cleaned, that we would be out most the day so worry to rush But when we returned later that day it was NOT done That’s the only bad thing about the trip but not super concerning
