Beautiful location Set in a really beautiful area, but not the cheapest place, we were unfortunately really disappointed. We got in tired and late (around 10pm) and were told in person that breakfast was served from 7:30-9:30. Obviously, given our lateness in getting in, we turned up for breakfast on the later side at 9:08 only to be told that breakfast stops at 9 and that “all the food is gone”. Given much of the inflated price was meant to reflect having a cute breakfast in the midst of the beautiful scenery, we felt really cheated. There was no flexibility from the server who was very keen to finish her shift. Definitely wouldn't stay here again. Beautiful location, really bad customer service. If we'd wanted to stay at a room without anything else, we would have just gone to a motel and paid less than half the price.

What an amazing Bed and Breakfast. The owners are so sweet and the cook was wonderful. She makes the best pancake with lemon and blueberries/strawberries. The view from all the different balconies are breathtaking.

The whole Inn was spotless, and the views from all the windows were incredible. Breakfast was an event! Wendy, the chef and Ellen our server were a wealth of food and fun! We loved The Penrose Inn, and highly recommend it for a great location and beautiful place in Sedona.

The information shared when we arrived was clear. Breakfast was a ten for us, the ladies were attentive and caring. We will tell others of this lovely getaway in Sedona. Oh, let me not forget the views from our balcony and easy access to trails. Thank you There was nothing to change.

The breakfast was amazing and being able to enjoy the breakfast on an incredibly peaceful deck each morning was brilliant. My wife and I left feeling very rejuvenated and absolutely loved our stay.
