The location is perfect. In the center of Seefeld close to everything. The staff was friendly. It was definitely the worst value for money I ever got. The room was small and really needs some renovation. It was just poor quality for the amount you pay. The car parking was a problem too, you have to walk there and there is no guarantee that you get a spot. My spot was taken by someone else after a supermarket visit, I had to walk back to the hotel and they needed to explain me another spot even further away from the hotel.

Great location and decent rates compared to surrounding properties. It was nice that the room had a couch The shower was not cleaned well and had layers of build up gunk and grime.

Perfect in every way ! We had an amazing time there, it was clean, cozy, food was delicious and staff were friendly ?? The parking is a little bit far from the hotel but still not that far, 5 mins walk

This is our 2nd time staying here in winter. All the the staff were friendly and attentive. Very close to the cross country ski trails and the spa. Their breakfast is great and restaurant food is amazing. Nothing. The room was small so we will upgrade the room on our next visit.

The one meal I had there, Hungarian Goulash, was authentic and made by Hungarian's, who work in the kitchen. It was recommended by the Sommelier, who also brought some hot peppers to spice it up. :) He was friendly, knowledgeable and suggested a wine to compliment the goulash. It was delicious. The front office/check-in staff were also friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have been able to at least be able to have a coffee and a roll for breakfast. However, this was not available. I was aware that breakfast cost 18 E, but did not want a big meal. When asked what was offered, they said it was all you could eat, along with a custom omelet bar. This is a basic amenities, budget friendly place. There may have been a hairdryer, if I needed one, but it was not in the room. I recommend bringing earplugs, especially if you stay on the first floor, as I did. While relaxing or sleeping in my room, it was like I was hanging out in the kitchen. Finally, a beloved family heirloom went "missing," during my stay. It was a wool beret, with a piece of my grandmother's jewelry attached. I had put it on the coat rack, along with my coat and other hat. The next evening, I went to put it on and it was no longer there. I had not worn it during my trip and prior to my arrival, it had been packed in my locked suitcase. I waited to report the "loss," as I wanted to investigate all possibilities, before saying that it had been "taken,. This of course is a strong accusation. I returned home a week later, made an extensive search of my tiny apartment. It was not there. I am certain that I had unpacked the item at the hotel I reported the "missing," item on October 6th. I was told nothing had been turned in and to call again. They were to call me on Wed. Oct. 9th, after questioning an employee that was ill. They did not keep their word. They called on Thursday, but did not leave a message. I called again over the weekend and found out the hotel was closed until mid-November. This required me to write an email to address the issue and finally the switchboard receptionist facilitated a thorough search. The search was unsuccessful. I am utterly sad and frustrated by this part of my experience. It was my mistake to bring my beloved hat!

The staff was excellent and very friendly. They helped with so much. The location was also excellent for nordic skiing. The hotel needs a bit of updating as most of the facilities are now getting quite old.

The hotel said we only booked 2 adults. We had booked for 2 adults and 1 child. They had no bed ready for our child.

Location ( stayed many years ago). Quiet, beautiful views and walks from the Gasthof. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Good coffee! I would have liked tea/ coffee making facilities in our room. However we took our own so it was ok.

All of it.

It was not cleaned properly. Dirty around the corners and bellow bed. Impossible to park nearby, even not for short-term to put your staff from the car. The shower was not able to close properly so that the water was leaking.

Restaurant was great. Nice friendly staff. Good view, great location. Breakfast not very inspiring. Rooms too hot and not able to control heat. We had the window open the whole time, night and day. Opportunity here for hotel to save on heating costs. We would love to have hot water and tea in rooms. NZ travellers.

We visited Seefeld for cross country skiing. The ski trails are literally a minute walk. There is a grocery store 2 mins walks and 5 mins to train station. Very convenient location! The restaurant serves very good food and we liked the schnitzels. Staff are very kind and friendly. We would love to stay again. *Bring shampoo, conditioner and a bar soap. They don’t provide them.
