Good property, good stuff, breakfast. No fridge, no kettle, no air conditioner, in summer it’s important. Noisy road under the windows.

very large size room with very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, easy free and spacious parking right in front. we found eur 118.00 per night (including breakfast) rather steep on a rainy weekend.

Iris was a great host. Rooms were lovely as was breakfast. Only 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and next to ski bus stop. Nothing!

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly and went the extra mile with personal touches, offering helpful advice on where to go and what to do. The room was spacious and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The sauna and steam room were excellent, and having free parking was a huge bonus. The beds were made every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it! Not much to mention, except that the toilet and shower rooms are separate, and there is no wash basin in the toilet.

Good location in Seefeld, with a good choice of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately it was raining, so we did not see much of the neighbourhood on our one night visit. Nice choice for breakfast. No staff there on arrival, so just checking us in by signing the papers and picking up a key. Bed was a bit on the hard side, but still slept pretty well.
