A 5-minute walk from the Gschwandtkopf Ski Area and Seefeld's pedestrian zone, Mountains Hotel offers a large spa area with an indoor pool, free WiFi, and free underground parking with space for motorbikes. The breakfast, the fitness center and the room. No coffee machine in the rooms. If you wake up early and do a workout, you have to wait until 7 to get a coffee. The parking lot was also so full that it's almost impossible to find a spot if you arrive late in the evening. Also, staff doesn't speak German. The pool times are also inconvenient, the weather was great but they open the outdoor pool at 12pm and close everything by 8pm.

Location was good! Although we stayed at the property, we were not provided access to the dinner buffet, as we were told it was already full. It was surprising and confusing to us that a dinner buffet could be full for in‑house guests. Additionally, we were not allowed to sit in the scenic area during breakfast, as it was reserved exclusively for guests who had booked the dinner buffet. This was very disappointing, as we missed the opportunity to enjoy and capture moments in a beautiful, photogenic space that we were genuinely looking forward to during our stay

The outside pool wS broken and we couldn’t go there. The price was too high and the food at the restaurant not so good.

The staff did their best serving guests and keeping supplies topped up and clearing tables. The bar experience, used on our 4th (last) evening was poor. The bar person was flitting about, to the amusement of other customers, rather than getting on making drinks. (The other bar person we also saw serving tables on other days appeared more attentive).. Due to a hotel known problem with our room shower, we could not have proper showers. (We had to hand-hold all the time) We were told parts could not be sourced, but it just needed clips to secure the shower head/hose to the wall etc. This was dissapointing and poor compared with cheaper places (×3) we stayed before arriving at the Mountains. The breakfast area seemed confusing for many guests and it took a couple of days to work out where everything was. E.g. some people put yoghurt and cold cereal on plates as the bowls were by the cooked hot food. Rarely was there regular milk for cereals or tea pots for the teas...

Location is great Breakfast buffet was really mediocre and did not seem to be prepared to be clean and of high standard… dishes often not refilled, some food looked old. Stuff was unfriendly and mattress was worn through… probably to old.

It is in a beautiful area! Easy walk to town center. The swimming pools and Spa areas are wonderful and the staff was great!
