Beautiful Austrian hotel! With a great Spa (swimming pool & saunas) area.

resort. Food exceptional and cleanliness of hotel Good fast WiFi. Nice outdoor pool and spa facilities. Able to store skis in locked area. Next to ski bus stop. Only BBC news in English on tv, although not a major issue. Not able to control heating in room apart from opening window. You will NOT be cold! Single beds made into double.

We liked everything. This is a fabulous hotel. The food is excellent, the staff are friendly - there is nothing to dislike about this hotel. We loved everything

We were only using the hotel as part of a tour so stayed the one night and did not have time use all the facilities. The food was excellent and the room was fine. Parking was a little tricky but fine as it turned out. With eight cars as a group it is often a challenge to find the right parking at a hotel.

Loved how comfortable it was to travel with our dog. Also really enjoyed the dog park. We felt some of the restaurant staff was very rude. Apart from that, the meal at the restaurant was okay.

We were staying for a family reunion and the entire staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the breakfast each morning and sitting on the patio with the whole family for drinks in the evening. The restaurant had a fantastic multi-course dinner each night that included 2 or 3 different options, but it was not a la carte. We would have preferred to be able to order off a menu that included a la carte options.

This hotel is super dogfriendly! Dogbeds, dogmenu in restaurant, agility area, waterbowl, special areas near the pool were the dog can come with you. Friendly staff that knows the area and give tips on wals totalk with the dog. The beds were a bit hard

The staff is always very accommodating. The facilities are cozy and inviting for families and dogs.

Very nice and relaxing family and dog-friendly place. We have been there multiple times and it never disappoints. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially the reception! Some of the restaurant staff seemed a bit lost, but it was the start of the season and some were new. Still very friendly though.

the pool, reception and room service were excellent . the rules around where to sit at breakfast . there was no one to tell you where to sit and they got funny if you sat in the wrong place, so every morning we were hanging around

good food cold rooms and upon checkout I was billed twice for what was already paid via booking.com

reception staff and most of the food hotel was understaffed resulting in restaurant staff being stressed and rude (especially the restaurant manager), tables being dirty and chicken being served raw.
