Rooms ready at check in

It was the hotel for the cat show we were attending. This was by far the most disgusting, run down hotel I’ve ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room was gross. The fabric on the chairs was pulling up. There was metal and wiring exposed on the tv remote. Someone had’t even bothered to remove garbage from the wooden shelves in the bathroom. The shower constantly dripped. The bathroom had a horrible smell. There was barely any toilet paper, no wash clothes provided. This hotel is way too expensive for how filthy it is. If our cat show wasn’t on location we would have asked for our money back and left.

We arrived in our room with no toiletries and A/C not working properly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel can use some updating. We were pretty disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. My toddler's feet were black after running around on the carpeted floor for a few minutes without her shoes. There were stains on the carpet and ceiling. My sister's room had a cockroach in it. We felt overall it was not worth the price we paid.

Just a basic hotel, doesn't go above and beyond, but it gets the job done

When we arrived there was a sign that said "back in 10 minutes" and we proceeded to wait 20 to be able to talk to someone to check in. Then the room was in disrepair. The air conditioner was stuck on, making the room too cold. There was peeling in spots. And there were numerous brackets on the wall for fixtures that had been removed. Try a different place if staying near Providence.

Quiet and clean

The room smelled of cigarettes smoke. Our remote didn't work, waited an hour for maintenance. No wash clothes are provided. Called the front desk noone answer so called the hotel to get answers. Asked if we could have more pillows that is a no!!! Only 3 carts for the whole place. The next day we went out and bought air fresheners in candles.Just so we could stand the smell of the room. Save your money, do not go staying in a tent will be cleaner. Our sinuses were so clogged.You can taste the cigarette smoke.... Another lady was telling me that they had the king's sweet with a one bedroom and the air conditioner unit was broken.

Room was filthy. Dirty sheets. Broken furniture. Stains on bed, walls, furniture. Hole in wall. Tried numerous times to contact staff with no luck. No one reachable at front desk. Also there’s no breakfast buffet don’t let the pictures fool you. Definitely don’t stay!!!

Honestly miss this hotel parking lot full of homeless and staff will charge you for anything
