Rooms larger than the usual for the category we choose a bit old fashion but still a good place to stay on the greenery of Milano 2 , highly recommended in case you have to visit San Rafaele Hospital at walking distance from hotel. Nothing

The staff was very polite and efficient. The placement it’s convenient and the AC works pretty well. The room walls were dirty, and the bathroom utilities were in poor state. The bedsheet set was particularly uncomfortable. The furniture itself was decent.

The location was great and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pond. Unfortunately, this property has gone downhill since the last time I stayed. Everything looked worn out and overused. The staff seemed disgruntled and annoyed with any requests. We needed a room with zero entry shower, but then learned that no coffee maker was in the room, the toilet didn’t work (the second one did however) and wires were hanging from the bathroom ceiling. When asked to switch, we were told that this was the only room with the walk in shower.

Really big room, and a huge bed. Clean but a little tired in some areas. Was happy to have air conditioning but it struggled to cool the room effectively. Lots of stairs. Car park to reception level & into reception. Bathroom was tired and shower enclosure seemed to missing a part to actually make it enclosed. Car park genuinely seemed disused and less than obvious how best to walk to hotel reception.

Good location for my needs. Easy to have a walk around in a beautiful residential environment with shops and bars. Room was OK for my needs, and very quiet (with AC off) The Hotel has been renovated from the golden Jolly Hotel era, however the fitted carpet in the common areas are a bit old-style, but overall the look and feel was ok. On the negative note, the AC system needs to be renovated as it was extremely noisy even at low speed. Come with earplugs !
