The roof restaurant (Ciy Teras) was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere were outstanding and were by far the best part of our stay. I would definitely recommend dining there. We booked the “Deluxe Double Room with Castle View,” but the room was actually facing an unfinished construction site (I’ve attached the photos from the room), with no view of the castle at all. When we asked the front desk, we were told that all rooms face the same direction and that the castle is on the opposite side of the building. They also said the room name was created by Booking.com. Regardless of who named it, advertising the room as having a “Castle View” is misleading. There were also maintenance issues. The air conditioner appeared to need cleaning, as it triggered my allergies and forced me to sleep without it. The minibar refrigerator was not working either, and it had a strong moldy smell inside.

Location, excellent breakfast ? , and services (Nina). It’s a restored old building so that sound proofing is not as good as the new one. I can hear the chat among restaurant guests on the third floor where my room is also located.

Great location and the staff was fantastic. The room was a little small. No breakfast before 8 unfortunately.

The water leaks into the common room when it rains, the owners should find a solution here.

Nina the caretaker is very nice and warm. She was very helpful on all our inquiries. When we had a problem with our ride to the airport she managed to call a taxi at a late notice. the place is well kept.

Nina, the property manager, went out of her way to make our stay wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the location is excellent.

Location is perfect for people willing to visit Ayasuluk hill (castle and church) it is 3-4 mins by walking. Ephesus is about 2-3 km's. Room decoration was fantastic and the breakfast was lovely. Super clean and very friendly approach by the lady. The street was quite narrow for parking, however you will be able to find a parking lot just at the entrance of the castle and they are not charging if you only kept the car parked after working hours.

The hotel is tastefully decorated with a unique style that makes staying there an interesting experience. Lovely garden. Excellent location, right in front of the Basilica of St. John and close to the minibus stop for Ephesus.

The room is too small. Closet is pretty but took up too much space. We don’t have enough space for luggage.

Cute cozy place. Kind host. Basilica is right out the back door. Upper bed was a bit tight for my 2 older kids, but they made it work!

A comfortable stay but seems there is only staff member to help guests who does all of the work. The breakfast was very nice!
