Strategic loc. at the middle between city centre and UnDip Tembalang, free parking with spacious lot even for washing your car, helpful staffs, nice food surroundings, many minimarket, good price Club music at 2nd floor is rather annoying with sound n vibration effect til 6 fl starting 8pm till 3am, gym area with no replacement of damage n broken equipment, awful odor when entering lift, rather pricey for hotel F & B

The same with previous positive reviews coz we have been staying 2N3D Aug 9-11, 2025..n keep this good condition.. The same also for the dislike conditipns since Aug 9-11, 2025, please have them improved...

We had two grand deluxe double rooms for ourselves and son and daughter in law. The rooms were large and the underground car park had lots of spaces. The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room had a 'funny' smell. Maybe cleaning product. The bathroom door was a sliding door without a handle and did not close well. This was the same in both rooms. The furniture around the outside rooftop pool was dirty and broken and there wasn't enough so we could not sit outside. We asked for two door cards for each room but the second door card for each room did not work.

Staff are good Room is old and dirty, door are not secure, very noisy at night (top floor is club)

The bed was super comfortable, infinity sky pool, staff were frindly and amazing.. Not at all..

The little fridge was rather a freezer I kept some fruits and they froze.

I’m afraid I can’t think of anything positive to say! It’s been a long time since I had such a bad hotel experience! Read these words and compare carefully with comments from other guests who have visited this hotel in the last two years. You’ll see that the issues have been pointed out time and time again and management says they will be addressed but as you can see from the guest comments they aren’t! I had booked a double and a junior suite for our family of five and my mother in law. The rooms were on the sixth floor. Further down in the building (2nd floor?) there’s a bar/nightclub that plays extremely loud music with a heavy base you can feel in your bed (!) until 2am. Impossible to sleep! I spoke to two different receptionists and the duty manager during the night without improvement. I was told the bar is not run by the hotel but by an external tenant. I paid to get a night’s sleep ahead of an early morning flight but didn’t sleep at all ( we had to get up at 4am). Unfortunately the noice is not the only problem with this four star hotel (I seriously wonder how they got the stars!). There were two issues with transportation to the airport, two issues with the extra bed we ordered for our son, the carpet in the corridor was very filthy, two of the frames around the light switches close to the bed fell off when I turned off the light (fortunately nobody got electricuted!) and the hotel doesn’t answer communication through the Booking.com app. This was an experience we are not likely to forget!

Stayed 3 nights, after first night listening to motorbikes on the street I got a room facing away from the street. Unfortunately that room was under the hotel bar and I was listening to music until 2.30 AM. I got offered a new room, facing the street, but after they told there was not going to be live music my last night there, I stayed in the room. Try music stopped 00.30 AM my last night.

I love staying here, room was comfort and skypool was amazing, especially when you have the swim session around sunset hour. It will be great if you are staying at the pool till night and the city lights was perfect.

Internet in room was working random , hotel on booking looks much much better than in reality , very noise, employs very friendly.

Everything is fit the budget, but AC in the hotel and the room seem to be upgraded.
