The air conditioning is not maintain well, its central AC but less maintenance so the air is dusty, no deep clean on the AC. The bed is unclean, small ants is within the bed Bedsheet feels dusty too and makes the skin feels itchy when its touched the bedsheet. The bathroom is unmaintenance and have no deep clean Truly cant sleep and rest well

It is nestled among the trees and quiet location at the end of the street. Staff are smiling and attentive of my needs. Great for relaxing after daily activities. The room was good with balcony. The bathroom needs a little TLC but overall I’m happy with the overall experience. Breakfast at the restaurant didn’t have good variety of food. I was wondering if the lack of food variety because it was a fasting month (Ramadhan) for most of the Indonesian.

Location Disappointing stay. The breakfast was cold, building needs improvement. The hotel is outdated, with mold visible in multiple area (curtains, mirror). The soap dispenser was broken, and amenities were lacking—only two deckchairs by the pool. Overall, the place feels very old and poorly maintained. Would not recommend unless major renovations are made.

The shower. It consistently showered water in needed temperature. Lighting in the room is not sufficient. can not read conviniently. A lot of mosquitos, I was bitten until got some lumps and when I asked the staff to bring me repellent spray, it took hours for them just to informed that they did not have supply and money to buy it. Until I gave them some money, then they when out to buy it.

The housekeeping service is rather slow. So we stayed for 2 nights and on the second day, it took me 4 phone calls to get our room cleaned and trash taken out (around 14.00 by then).

For this price it was an awesome stay. Great service from the staff and manager Coco. I had injury on the knee and the helped where they could. Its clean, the food is really good. Just a big recommendation from me and the family.

Nice facilities (swimming pool, wide parking space), good food at the restaurant. Comfortable and spacious place. Nice service from the staffs. Some of the housekeeping supplies (towels, bedsheets, etc) looks old and can use of some renewals. However, they are all clean, only perhaps have been used many times.

Much worse than expected. We had to leave / waste food. Asked the receptionist to ask other guests to be quiet, since it was late, after 9 pm. There's someone did what I asked, but while pointing to my room while telling them that we were disturbed by their noise. The bathroom toilet flusher was stuck. Asked for a quiet room, farthest from potential noise, but we're told that the room weren't ready for us. But then they said the occupancy was rather low. Some ants in the room, orange seeds below sofa, sunken ( worn out ) sofa. Signs of cutting costs.
